Whenever I sign into Firefox, all my themes, add-ons/extensions are added via Firefox Sync. That's fine, but the problem I have is that whenever I sign into any Firefox browser, an old theme I used to have that I no longer have on my account keeps coming back, and I've tried to find solutions to this issue, but none have had this kind of issue. It may be similar to issues those have had, or currently have, but I can't seem to do anything to remedy this issue.
Keep in mind that this is not a Firefox browser issue, it is an account issue.
I'd be deeply grateful to any assistance you may have for me.

Have been using Ancestry UK for years using Firefox, today the pages on Ancestry are greyed over and I cannot insert any or adjust any info on my pages. The first page displays fine but as soon as I click on one of the tabs it loads it and it is greyed over which means I cannot do anything on it. However, I tested it with Chrome and it works ok. I have added 2 photos - 1st a search records page using Firefox and unable to enter any details 2nd is same page using Chrome and can enter details Please can you advise what the problem is ?

There use to be the availability to restore from my Personal GMAIL account a 30 day previous history… I would have to wait for the restoration, and every email I had in my Personal GMAIL account could be found in my INBOX. In the last few versions of Firefox the "Always ask you where to save files" does not work properly. Sometimes it asks, sometimes it automatically downloads. The majority of items I download are in PDF. Some I am asked & put on desktop to move later while some are automatically sent to Downloads folder. In Help, it says to go to Settings > General > Applications to get this to happen but under PDF I have it set to "Always ask". And Firefox is not doing this. Will this be fixed in future versions? There seem to be a lot of people that have this problem, which is basically creating work. I understand it only takes seconds to get them but over the course of time it's not efficient. I've been using Firefox for years & do not always agree with some of the changes but this one is really frustrating because it is not consistent. I only want to be able to have the where to/save as box show up when I attempt to download a PDF. Any other or real suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, JF

The weird thing....Running Firefox 99.0.1 on a MAC it works fine, but fails everytime for windows. Clicking the provisioning link from my outlook email opening in firefox. Upon clicking on the provisioning like it fails to provision the Ring Freesoft Windows 10 Softphone Desktop client... It works for Chrome and Internet Edge PLEASE HELP
