I'm using office365 mail and I cannot drag a file for mail attachment. This works fine in other browsers and I haven't been able to find a way to do it. I really need to do this for my work, so I'm starting to use another browser, which I didn't want to.

How can I change the color of my Bookmarks Bar? After Firefox did an update a few days ago, my Bookmarks Bar is now white instead of blue...the way it was before the update.

Have you considered/would you consider integrating Firefox's in-browser push notifications into the Windows 10/11 notifications system? I ask because the notification timeout is really fast if there are many notifications, it's impossible to properly read them all before they disappear and there's no obvious way to view notification history if at all. Also, if there are more notifications than what can fit in the available screen height you just don't see them. Additionally the Notifications are still white even when on a dark theme, this seems like something that should have been addressed a long time ago already.

I use firefox since I go to college. When I got some problems, I try to check firefox use what to pick folder? I use Manjaro Plasma. I find chrominum use kdialog. But firefox looks not though both use gtk3 as UI

Hello! We distribute Firefox add-ons on PC and macOS outside of Mozilla store.

Until Firefox 100.0 our users were able to install the add-on by clicking a button on the product side which was opening a link to XPI file hosted on our company's download server. That was triggering a usual install dialog from Firefox where it asks user to confirm the installation.

Starting from Firefox 100.0 this stopped happening and we started receiving numerous support calls from our customers about not being able to install the add-on. The issue now is that when the XPI link is opened in Firefox, the install dialog does not appear which brings a lot of confusion to the user. Firefox shows the link to the XPI in the address bar but does not start the usual install process (attaching screenshot of how it looks like on my Mac). Hello, Every time I restart Firefox or it crashes or power cuts or anything, place.sqlite file gets corrupted and I have to replace the new file with the .corrupt file. This has been happening for over a year now, but my computer is always on and I turn it off maybe once every 4-5 months unless I'm forced to restart by a software or by power cuts or stuff. Lately I have been having issues with my Windows and I have to restart my computer quite often and it is very annoying. This happens whether I close Firefox with the X or using the Exit button or even if I keep it open and restart the computer. My places file is 75MBs. I have the same one since 2014. I'm using Windows 10 and latest Firefox edition. Any ideas?

I use Earthlinke as my ISP, and have for 20 years. All of a sudden when I open Firefox now it will not open my ISP home page (https://my.earthlink.net/) and I get a "Problem opening page"

First image shows me using a dark theme, but address bar still has white background. Second image shows that switching to the light theme makes the text readable. However, I would still like to use a dark theme. I believe I started seeing this issue right when Firefox updated itself to version 100. Any way to fix the bugged address bar color? None of my extension should be affecting the address bar color.

I have already selected firefox developer edition as the default browser from the Eclipse Enterprise Edition. However, when the browser is open, it cannot open the url generated from eclipse. Suppose, I hit the command 'run as server' on a jsp file. If developer edition is already open, the file does not get open on a new tab. However, if the browser is closed, then it opens with the jsp file.

I have tested that with google chrome and firefox normal edition and in there, it works absolutely fine. But I don't know what went wrong in the developer edition.

I am learning to look at websites with help of the development tools and the inspector tab and I am trying to get into how the web works and how the different programming languages interact and so forth. When moving the mouse over parts of the website, the relating code is highlighted in the inspector tab. I am having an issue as follows:

The first image shows a part of the website code. The mouse cursor is on no specific position, I marked its position with a blue arrow.

In the second image the mouse is over the red "free options" button and in the inspector tab a div appears out of nowhere. It does not appear in the code unless the mouse is moved over the button and disappears as soon as the mouse leaves the button. I have never seen that before (maybe because I am a beginner) and have no clue what happens there.

Is that done with javascript? Or with php? Or with css? Or anything else? What happens there and how can the actual code change?

In the inventor tab, does the code have to do with the DOM rather then the sourcecode of the website is that right?

In KDE 5.24.4, Linux. I started to have some issues with "Open containing folder" probably because I installed many Gnome apps which may cause bad configurations in my system.

I suspect this cause this issue even though I don't really have gnome file manager:

Firefox was selected FOR ME by a third-party site that uses it for webinars (I think WebinarJam was the culprit; now they're using Zoom), as my default browser - I did not select it, now I can't unselect it. I've been using Chrome for everything, now Firfox is hijacking every link I embed in any Word doc - this should NOT have happened. Please tell me how to UNselect Firefox as my default brower, which I never selected to begin with!!! Thank you, Scott (Skip)
