Zoom.us renewed their DigiCert Global G2 TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 certificate on 03/31/2023 and I now get a persistent error message (Error Code 6: ... certificate is not trusted.

Since then Zoom has not worked for me and their Artificial Intelligence says to open my browser and check my internet connection, time settings, updates, reinstall everything etc. - the usual responses ...

Zoom responds with "Error code: 6" and/or "Error code: 100068000"

 but do not stipulate whether these are Zoom Error codes or certificate error codes.

The Artificial Intelligence insinuation is that FireFox is not trusting this certificate.

Is this something FireFox can help me with? Perhaps, how to make this certificate "trusted"?

I've downloaded Firefox as my server with Duckduckgo as my search engine. When I attempt to type in the search bar in the middle of the page, it kicks me to upper URL area. Any suggestions as to why the search bar in middle of page won't let me enter text?

Firefox 112.0 changed the look of the Icon for bookmarks, in the previous version it just looked like a traditional folder, now it's a goofy looking three box like affair. Is there anyway to change it back to the previous versions look as the new one is very difficult to see.

I have a new HP Pavilion 24 AiO PC. I want to transfer all of my browser settings, most visited sites and history from my old PC to this new PC within Firefox. Can I just Copy/Paste these settings from my old PC to the new one?

I have different login forms on different sub domains so I always get a huge lists of different logins. and also I get my password for the basic auth from the web-server on my login form.

I also consider this as a security risk when different sub domains belong to different parties and I accidentally put my password into the wrong form.

Can I config Firefox the way that I get only passwords in the list that match the exact url or at least the (sub)domain?

Another Question As a Web-developer can I do something that my client don't experience such a mess (like giving the login form a special id so passwords are restricted do this particular form.

When i try to log into my Home Health software my account will not load. It is a redirect webpage. I have allowed it in the cookies/blocked pages tab. It still will not load. It is a blank page.

I have tried changing camera permissions as per the specific steps in related support threads:

   * Clicked the menu button and selected Settings.
   * Clicked Privacy & Security from the left menu.
   * Scrolled down to the Permissions section.
   * Clicked the Settings button for the Camera option.
   * No websites with saved Allow permissions were displayed, so I pasted in the URL of the site that needed camera access.
  * The Status dropdown did not open up with any options.
  * I clicked the Save Changes button at the bottom but my changes weren't saved.
  * I have uploaded the screenshot taken. 
  * I also went through similar steps on the Page Information screen via the Permissions tab and changed defaults but, again, changes made were not saved

I switched from Edge & Chrome to Firefox today [12Apr2023] but have been quite frustrated/disappointed at the lack of functionality and relevant support. Please help!

It would be nice if once more I could arrange the order of the Youtube queue of selected videos to watch. I could do this and did so everyday until the 112 Firefox update. Do I need to revert to a previous version?

I am trying to clear my Firefox history, and every time I clear it, the same four websites remain in the history panel. I've tried removing them one at a time, but they just reappear when I restart the browser. I've tried everything I can think of, and any help would be much appreciated.

I recently accessed Firefox Monitor. Living in Australia we had a large Data Breach from Optus (Phone carrier) in Sept last year. Yet it was not litsed in your list. Please advise

When i try to play videos on YouTube or other websites the video will only play a few frames and then stop.

I have tried going into troubleshoot mode but it did not help. I am using Linux.

For the past couple of days I have been unable to send, save or discard Emails. I can do this in Microsoft Edge or on my iphone or ipad, so it can only be a Firefox problem.
