I just updated to the latest version of Firefox, and all of a sudden I have a new icon, Extensions, that looks like a puzzle piece, I cant seem to be able to remove it....at all.

I keep getting this msg for my amazon acct and other accts I've used on this same laptop for years. Now all of a sudden I get this msg: Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Please advise how to fix this matter

Trying to set up 2FA using 2 of the apps suggested. I get a message "incorrect authentication code" each time I enter the code on my mobile. Won't let me setup 2FA.

I use Firefox to sign into my Google, each time I do however another group pg. from Facebook seems to over ride my going in. I am not a part of this group & I don't know what to do to stop this from happening. I always have to click onto a new tab for Firefox to come up for my pg. to come up & I delete that FB group pg. But this happens to me every time I sign in. I do not know what to do here. Why does this happen as I am not as I mentioned have any part of this group that pops in from FB. I am a senior & not very tech, so please I need help on this matter. Thank you very much. I don't know what else to do here.

Lately I cannot explore Airbnb, I get "Network error (connection): NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.". No problem with Edge. Should I forget about Firefox?

I am using Firefox browser with DuckDuckGo search engine. When trying to print a crossword puzzle daily form USA Today, I get the following message after pressing the play button: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information). If I refresh the page, the site continues on and lets me print the puzzle. I tried switching back to Firefox for the search engine with the same result. This issue does not occur on Google Chrome, however. I have included a screenshot of website when error occurred. Thank you in advance.

I just got a new laptop and i installed fire fox and tried to sign in. i had to change the password because it kept saying it was wrong. when i finally log in none of my bookmarks or settings are there like they should be. all of that stuff has carried over before but i dont know why it hasnt this time.

Hi! I greatly appreciate your support! Since the upgrade to 108.0.1 Firefox for Windows 10, I cannot send my tweets in Twitter because when my photo pops in, it covers up the Tweet button. I was able to send it on 12/29, last Thursday. I noticed it stopped working around 5 days ago. I need to be able to scroll down to see the tweet button. I cannot send my tweets. I never had this problem before and I've been doing it the same way for years. People using different browsers are able to send my tweet using the scroll bar as normal. There is a lengthy work around where I put the mouse on the top of the tweet and use the mouse wheel. It takes me to the tweet button avoiding using the scroll bar. I would have to do this for 250 people. It's not very practical. I am a volunteer for National Wildlife Federation. Please help! Thank you so much! - ToSt

Very Frustrated that I downloaded this new version... All of my setting that I've meticulously set up/changed are back to the default settings. All my extension, especially my lastpass are gone. My toolbar has no icons that I previously had set up... WTF

Whenever I'm entering my password or username and I've entered it before, a dropdown menu will appear below the address bar suggesting that I use the previously entered username or password. I find this really ditracting so what I want to know is how can I disable this feature.

When i try to search anything in the bottom search bar it shows up in the address bar. Reinstalled browser didn't fix the issue. Please help with fixing the issue as it was working fine until this morning.

On starting FF now there is no focus, so other prog's can't e.g. open FF then download or enter a link, etc. directly. That is is a huge nuisance. Also Ctl+H or B (History or Bookmarks) don't work until the cursor is clicked within FF which is a major concentration breaker. Is there something in the settings to give FF focus when it opens like it has always done in the past? I don't like changing things in there without guidance. It's not just me, my wife's laptop is having the same issues.

I was trying to log into Firefox on a new computer and couldn't remember the password, so I reset it. Later, I found my original password stored on a different computer. Is there a way to log into my old account on the new computer? It seems to only recognize the new password, and there are no bookmarks, etc. saved. I tried reinstalling Firefox and that didn't work - it recognized that it had been installed before and would only accept my new password.

I use Bank of America online banking and have for years. Yesterday, all of a sudden, Firefox stopped letting me input anything in the password field. This happened on 3 different computers, 2 running Windows 11 and 1 running Windows 10. The 2 running Windows 11 also use the Mozilla VPN. BofA online banking works fine in Edge and Chrome - this is only happening when I try to log on using Firefox.
