I create a account in Jun 23, 2024 but i when i can back in 24 then i see my account is no there means my account was automatically logout when i try to login but i forgot email but i know the pass i have try forget password but it does not solve my problem please solve firefox

Often, when I go to history and try to restore session..it is greyed out. it occurs randomly, but It ALWAYS occurs after an update. This is so frustrating! It never happened on Edge or Chrome, not once. I know it might seem Karen-like fuming about it, but when you have dozens of important tabs open and they don't restore you too will become a karen. I'm almost about to uninstall Firefox because of it

I am trying to view uploaded videos in to my work portal and when I try to view the video this is the error message I receive. I am running WIndows 10 on my desktop. My Windows is up to date and I have cleared all cookies and still not working. Please help. Thank you

For two days will tab crash for TikTok. For years, will not allow access to certain sites and no contest entries for the last few months. Worked before. No phone help and to download the browser doesn't work. I was upset as won't load TIktok and I NEED IT as use it daily. Please fix it ASAP!! I wasted time contacting Monzilla, as was only link for Firefox. They told me no help wasted today.

Hi, Like many other people I have Firefox setup just the way I like it - a few windows open, some windows with 10 tabs open, my most common pages open as pinned tabs, other windows with stuff I want to remain at the front of memory at least temporarily. The last 3 times I have updated Firefox, it opens without restoring my pages. I look in the History menu and both the 'recently closed windows' and 'recently closed tabs' items are greyed out. I really, really don't want to move away from FF, but this behavior is beyond frustrating. I've already checked I have 2 profiles: default and default-release (default). I tried 'Launch profile in new browser' for the other profile but it's empty. Any ideas how to figure out what the problem is? I'm on Windows 11. Thanks!

I have a problem with the import of my backup in FireFox. I made an backup with MozBackup (.pcv) with my old Computer, Now with the new one and new FireFox program I can't import it, as the import will not recognive the used format.

I have tried to solve it to convert it to .zip but then the import won't run, or quit's after about 25 to 30% import.

How can I resolve this problem, which also count's for the new Thunderbird. As I am now missing all the maps at both programs.

I really appreciate everything you do, but I am a boomer (Loud and Proud), I did not get born with a device attached to my hand, I am a digital imbecile.

With all that in mind, it has become too difficult to keep up with the digitalisation, at least in my case. So when you send me suggestions and update procedures I end up just closing everything, too much to read, too stressing, but the suggestions keep coming every time I open the firefox browser. Can I not just keep the version I have and decline any new versions.

I also have a problem in regard to language, it is set to English, but I do not care for US English, I would like to have GB English, but somehow it won't accept that.

What can I do?

Corel asked me to do a screen shot of the issue: Attached When I look at the changed screen, There is an icon infront of the Web address line that looks like a robot. When I rollover it this statement comes up: Browser is under remote control reason (Dev Tools) All of the address bar is inpink. daThis is still frustrating. I do not like to use the browser when something else appears to be in control. I have MacAFee and run a scan but nothing shows up? If developers are following my browser, I should beable to turn this off.

I enter my username & password and nothing happens. This occurs when I use Dashlane AND also if I enter username & password manually.

I can access my account successfully using Edge.

When I used to take screenshots, they would be automatically named with the date, time, and part of the text captured regardless of language. A few days ago and with no reason I can discern, it now saves any non-English screenshots with something like this "Screenshot 2024-06-23 a[...].png" instead of "Screenshot 2024-06-22 at 08-02-28 Politics Policy Polit[...].png" (usual for English text and what I used to get with all languages).

Which means I have to manually rename screenshots. Does anyone know how I can fix this because I am working on a project with lots of screenshots for topics from different languages?

I have a full current installation of Firefox, after a struggle to get Bing off my system (Win11) I briefly got back to a personalized start page which had a large text "Firefox" heading and allowed me to add apps in small boxes and click to start an app. That page has disappeared and all I get is the ad referred to in the title. How can I replace the ad with the page I can load with app icons?

It started this morning (6/23/24) the page for a YouTube video will load but the video doesn't play. I have cleared the cookies and cache, shut the browser down, restarted the computer, turned off all the extensions, and have turned off hardware acceleration. Nothing has changed, I can watch other videos on Firefox and Youtube work as normal on other browsers. Last night (6/22/26) before shutting down may computer for the night I had an update for Firefox and shut the browser so it could update. The image is of what the video section is displaying.

As a longtime user of Firefox, I had a nice setup where after the start page, clicking on the Firefox icon would take me to a page headed "Firefox" in large letters. On that page I had placed the icons for my frequently used programs. Each of the small "icon boxes" had menus that would allow entering a URL so that when clicked, the desired app would open. I was exploring MS Bing, mostly because I like the pictures they put up each day. It looks as though a "new Improved" version of Bing brings along the new MS AI component. Together they seem to have removed my Firefox setup or hidden it where I can't retrieve it. By using Firefox settings, I was able to remove the Bing URL. Good riddance!, but can I retrieve my page of links to most-used programs? I don't know where to look for that. If I have to reconstruct it, how is that done. Or how can I start a replacement. There is a folder on my Google drive called "Personality-provider". It has about 30 .json files. When is search "Personality-provider" on internet the results indicate this folder and files are associated with Firefox. A. Why are these stored on my google drive? B. Can I delete them from my google drive? C. What are these files? D. Are they necessary for me to have backed up? See images. Many thanks. Will

I need working versions of Firefox not messes like I have been getting recently. 127.1 lost most of my passwords and won't link to websites I use every day. This version is a mess. I have had to go through and reset multiple passwords, and can't login to websites I use every day. Check your updates before you release them. I know have firefox set to not upgrade automatically.

When pasting text into Outlook Online the text removes the preceding space. A minor inconvenience but it does mean I have to double space before pasting.

Also after pasting text I get a paste box that locks out any controls unless I click out of it or press ESC. (image below)

Text being copied from inside Outlook doesn't pop up the box.

This problem is only happening with Firefox as using a different browser (i.e. chrome at office) does not do either of the problems. Anyway to fix either option?
