I frequently watch Fox News Channel live on Firefox in Windows 10. The FNC player no longer works on Firefox 52 and 53, so I have been using MS Edge to watch FNC. I think the problem may have started with Firefox 52. I would prefer to use Firefox for all my browsing.

https://user-media-prod-cdn.itsre-sumo.mozilla.net/uploads/images/2020-09-24-23-47-06-d7aee0.png

Next I expand "other bookmarks" then "choose" See 2nd screen capture

https://user-media-prod-cdn.itsre-sumo.mozilla.net/uploads/images/2020-09-24-23-52-08-d9387a.png

When I click on "choose" see what happens in the 3rd screen capture.

https://user-media-prod-cdn.itsre-sumo.mozilla.net/uploads/images/2020-09-24-23-54-18-679698.png

I can choose the sub folder to save the bookmark to. BUT I now CAN'T scroll down the screen to hit the save button. Because the bookmark window doesn't have a scroll bar or a way to make the bookmark window smaller. This is frustrating. Firefox is having other issues not connected with this issue. But the overall picture is getting me to the point of dumping Firefox and going to Google Chrome.

A recent Firefox update has totally disrupted our ability to print from browser windows. There used to be a "Print Preview" button that allowed us to set things up the way we wanted them. That's now missing. As a result, stuff that used to cost us for ten pages now costs us for twenty pages. Also, when we print double-sided, the second side prints upside down.

This strikes me and my wife as a horrible development, and we would like to go back to the old version ASAP!

I have updated my browser to 57.0 and when I launch it, it immediately uses 4 Gb of ram. After opening 1 or 2 tabs, it gets slower and slower and eventually stops reponding after a few seconds, forcing me to end the task. I use a few add-ons: Dashlane, New tab tools, uBlock origin, Disconnect, Dashlane, Internet Download Manager. Than you for reading this, i hope there is a solution.

Hi. I was having an extreme amount of slowness on FireFox Quantum Beta (version 57). I had the slowness just before and after a new update was installed (11/13/17 at about 10:45AM CDT). I captured the Task manager just before and after the update. I know that there is a legacy Flash plugin but it is set to never activate. How can I get rid of it permanently?

How do I get rid of this crap? I either select a crappy system theme and everything turns a blinding white, or go back to the theme I usually use where everything suddenly is dark. How do I remove darkmode while retaining my favorite theme? I don't want dark mode and I certainly do not want to be blinded either. There must be a useless setting added to the about:config that I can disable.

Thank you.

You are using a lot of google code and that is scary. The INET database is used and is the only allowed entries to be viewed now., NO THANK YOU MOTHER MAY I. "Black" sites are UNKNOWN sites. That is what BLACK means. Black matter, black energy, black sites. Unknown information. Not the Evil Empire.

10.224.219.149 is a music box that flak format files are stored and plays music. It is controlled mostly through the 'part of the package B2 as a web interface. The unit goes on line and the number it has is a static number. We use those static net numbers to access our unit. The Brennan B2 is sold with the site control. You ignore business needs and ability. The INET is a named list not a number list. It is useful if someone registers a name like https://FireFox.com and if someone enters FireFox they get the traffic not you. Try Utube.com the real one is youtube.com lots of people get trapped. So it is a bad site. Someone stole the lookalike name. Numbers are subnets of other numbers that likely have names. Let me have access or inform me how to get to my site. We need a getaround.

In prior versions of Firefox, the Properties Box used to include a large text "Description" box where I could put login information and other details for that bookmark. Now, in version 62.0, that text box no longer exists. Old bookmarks that I have no longer have this information either.

I used this text box extensively and Firefox was the one browser that had this box. Now it appears to have been removed. Can I get this Description box back? Or do I switch to a different browser?

Thanks, Macbel

I have the usual "Icons replaced with boxes or letters" (or tomshardware for example, the Toms Hardware logo is replaced with "t H") but none of the solutions I've found have worked. I've tried Firefox Refresh, clearing cache/cookies (also with CCleaner), Checking gfx.downloadable_fonts.enable, making sure Firefox is set to download custom fonts.

This happened once before, and it just went away. Then it happened again, and a Refresh fixed it for a little bit. Now it's back, stubborn as ever. It's happening on every site that has special icons (e.g., YouTube's like/dislike buttons, though as I was writing this the like/dislike buttons came back). It's also affected profile pictures on Tom's Hardware, not showing them either.

Any help is appreciated. :) (I can't upload images, it just stalls. Let me know if I need to post them through Dropbox or similar)

I thought I was (or still am) having a problem with Windows 10, but one tech said she didn't think so and I don't know if I will get a response. +++++++++++++++ Before I go into great detail here, I'm going to state what happened and see if you had anything similar or it rings a bell.

BSOD - no code given. The error is always KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE.

The past three incidents (last night and twice today) were when I was in outlook.com email and right clicked on a website.

I can read other email and click other links, but when I click on THIS company, I get the BSOD. Event viewer simultaneous errors are "Update Windows license and product key tokens failed with 0x80070005."
No driver errors and I checked Driver Update. No malware or viruses (several scans). I have an event viewer full of the same information, which I am happy to provide.

I did the May cumulative update on Saturday and subsequently had four BSOD shutdowns. I posted to Microsoft, as I did last month when their CU crashed my computer. I have had BSODs every days since Saturday. I tried reinstalling the updates and it crashed my computer again.

The website that keeps crashing ME is below. The third time that happened, I thought maybe it IS a FF issue, so even though I think it's unlikely, the Team here is fabulous! https://surveys.ipsosinteractive.com/surveys/?pid=S16007269&OSM=1&routerID=&id=1011535826&supplierID=1090&ci=EN-US&pac=1&sifid=160242380102US016&psid=01

(Additionally, I keep getting "Firefox Not Responding" on 46.0.1, so I uninstalled and did a manual install a couple of hours ago. Unfortunately, within a minute of the new install, I had three consecutive "Firefox is not responding" messages. )

Thank you.

I tried all methods offered by the Firefox Help, but does not work. Please, help me to fix the problem. I am attaching screenshots to illustrate the problem.

I can't find a setting to force Firefox to always use the system printer dialog box. Anyone know how to fix this? It's enough to make me stop using the browser becasue thr Firefox dialog box sucks.
