Whenever I sign in to my VA account, I check the box to "Remember this browser" (as attached), but it never works. VA IT told me it was an issue with the browser (i.e., Firefox). This might have just been their way of making me go away quietly. (Blowing me off!) But I thought I'd check with you anyway. Can you help? Thanks

Over the last week or so my personal websites (such as Banking, Amazon, Facebook, etc.) suddenly started asking for (text or email) verification to sign in successfully. This only happens after a restart. (Sometimes I run a 'restart to untangle some glitch - but some Windows updates do a restart automatically.) And I have to go through all the verification stuff again! VERY ANNOYING!! Some MS tech this morning had me uncheck Cookies and other data in the Privacy and security category. But that didn't help. I just did a restart and AGAIN my bank(s) websites asked for a texted CODE. So did Facebook, and Amazon. Once I complete the CODE requirement it stays good until the next restart. And when I went to change that "cookies" option was nowhere to be found (to change it back) In SETTINGS>PRIVACY & SECURITY - NOW shows just the green button and box that says "STANDARD". I don't want or need this annoying added verification on every site that I use daily. I don't know exactly how or when this started...(maybe about a week ago).

reCAPTCHA keeps re-appearing espcially after I just cleared recent history in firefox mac And I tried a few things but so far no luck.

Does anyone have any idea how to prevent reCAPTCHA ?

I am in college at CU Boulder. In order for me to view my recorded classes my browser needs for me to allow 3rd party cookies. your browser is blocking them and not giving me an option to unblock them. How do i fix this problem?

The most recent Firefox update (145.0) lacks the convenience of easily editing the cookie collection that tells websites about me. The feature I'm referring to was under settings - privacy and security - and then something about cookies. It allowed me to show what sites had collected cookies on me recently and to erase any private data they had collected.

I hope this was an oversight or the feature has simply been moved to another location. If not, I'd really like to roll back the latest update and pause any further updates until the old functionality is restored to the new updates.

Can anybody help me?

I have a new mac air and I had to set up a new Firefox/Mozzila account. Since then, I keep getting a Google sign in request. I have a Google email for websites that I don't really use, so am effectively a Google customer, but I prefer to not have this pop up every time I go to a website that has a sign in. I have a site i use frequently I change passwods and then i still cannot log in. they tell me it is because i have disabled their cookies. i use this site and when i chage passwords and till cannot log in iam FRUSTRATED

Tried to buy tickets at Red Rocks via AXS website. After clearing the waiting room and entering the presale code, i get the message "Sorry, Your Session Expired". I had only been connected for < 5mins. I closed browser, tried again and same error.

I look at porn on my Android phone. I use Private Browsing to do so. Why are my Private Browsing addresses appearing as Firefox Suggest results that appear outside of Private Browsing as well? And why does Pornhub show me a personalized home page when I'm using Private Browsing? None of these pages are in my browser history because I've only accessed them via Private Browsing. But these "features" sort of defeat the purpose of it don't you think?

I've just switched from Chrome to Firefox and never had this issue with Chrome.

I am trying for days to get my Yahoo! email to stay signed in on my desktop using Firefox. It has been fine for years, but last week I had to clear cookies and history to solve a completely different problem and now I have this problem instead. I have read articles, searched the web, and I am trying to find "options, set yahoo as my email" (or something like that I read) but I cannot find it in yahoo OR Firefox. please Help! thanks in advance, but hurry.

Our backend sets a cookie for maintaining login sessions with SameSite=None and Secure (to support loading our front-end from localhost for developers and from a third party domain for PR previews).

This is the respose header:

set-cookie: ESESSIONID=<redacted>; Secure; HttpOnly; Path=/; SameSite=None; Max-Age=86399

However, Firefox does not send the cookie back with requests, but logs this error in the console:

Cookie “ESESSIONID” has been rejected because it is in a cross-site context and its “SameSite” is “Lax” or “Strict”.

We have worked around the issue by configuring exceptions in the Security & Privacy settings, but I am curious to why Firefox rejects the cookie with this error message.

Since Firefox v142, the website I develop has been having trouble with the Firefox browser. It works fine most of the time, but occasionally Firefox will not send all of the cookies that are set for the domain. This is causing users to appear unauthenticated, and is causing errors because critical information isn't being set.

I wanted to see if this is something that was a setting that could be resolved before I reported it as a bug.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

firefox momentarily shows cookie preference, then the dialog box disappears.

If I enter trouble shoot mode then the popup box appears long enough for me to accept cookies, but given the momentary popup sometimes is so fast you miss it, I have no idea if that is the cause of some sites not working.

I am so confused, i have issue with staying loged in on youtube. I am clearly loged in but when i try to comment it tells me to log in. Also if I put a playlist i log out between tracks. I am not sure if it is firefox or youtube issue, but i am trying to investigate the issue as it is ongoing for a while at this point. Please see attached image.
