When I first open Firefox from my home screen it opens up minimized in the top left corner and I have to click the minimize button and then the un-minimize button to get it to open full screen.

Hi, I'm using 116.0.3 (64-bit) Firefox, everything works perfectly except it takes so much time to start to load a page. For example, if I'm entering Google homepage it takes about 6-10 seconds just to start loading and then loads very quickly the page. Sometimes it does load it normally and very quickly but is not often. I love Firefox and I don't want to replace it, in Chrome it works fine. Please help me to find a solution. The problem started about 2-3 weeks ago. Thank you very much!

This is what I tried: -Using Safe Mode and Troubleshoot mode didn't change anything - Removing all the extensions - Deleting history, cache and cookies (using JV16 or PrivaZer or built in Firefox settings) - Refreshing Firefox - Deleting with JV16 to remove everything that is related to Firefox and reinstalling from the official site. - Disabling Hardware Acceleration - Disabling DNS Prefetch - Changing DNS (1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 or default by supplier) - Using custom config settings following this guide: ("Make Firefox fast again")

- Windows 11 will crash after using firefox to open a sharepoint link. - It will cause high cpu high memory and high disk. - The issue can reproduce 100% - Chrome will not have the issue.

I didn't know if this needed to be in Privacy and Security Settings or Cookies, so please feel free to move this to wherever it fits best. Here is my problem. I have saved logins on a lot of sites that all work perfectly. There are several websites that I have multiple accounts that all have their login credentials saved. My problem is that there is one specific website that until recently was operating just fine, but in the last week has started a nuisance issue. When I log into the website I select the login profile I need and everything starts off just fine. About 5 minutes later, whatever I am working on gets hijacked by a dropdown appearing in the upper corner of the screen that lists the six logins that I have for that website. If I continue to try typing, nothing happens (as in, the dropdown list stays there and whatever form I was typing on no longer has any data being entered). If I press ESC, the dropdown list goes away but it also closes down the form I was using. If I use the mouse and click anywhere on the screen, then the dropdown list goes away and I can continue using the form I have open. About 5 minutes later, or if I open up a new form, the dropdown list comes back and I have to do this all over again. I have talked to IT of the website and they stated that they have never seen this issue before. Other users that also use Firefox have never mentioned this to them before. Is there a setting that I need to change? Do I need to clear the cookies for this website? Do I need to just delete all of the saved login information and then re-save it? Thank you for your help.

I was not able to download FireFox from browser so downloaded the app from microsoft store and I cant add add-ons it shows download failed check your connection but i have 5g internet, I also used mobile data to ensure download but no results

TL;DR: It lets me change the print scale to 101-200% for pdfs, but making it bigger doesn't actually change the preview image or resulting print, it just leaves it at 100%. As far as I can tell, making the pdf smaller than 100% works as it should and the print scale for websites works as it should for all possible sizes.

I wanted to print some labels and to do so I need to get the size exactly right, so I printed the page normally and measured the size of the page I printed and compared it to the size of the labels, 262 & 272 respectively. 272/262 = about 103.8% so I tried setting the scale to 103% and printed it again, but when I measured that page it was exactly the same as the 100% scale. Then I looked back and realized that although the preview reloaded whenever I raised the number the image didn't actually change, setting it to 200% looked the same as 100% and 150% and etc. I think this must be a bug, but so that's one part of this, but does anyone know of any workarounds in the meantime?

I am a very long-term user of Firefox. I have a newish windows laptop and I use the hibernate function when I want to start and stop a windows session. I have been using windows 11 for a good while now without any problem, but about 6 weeks ago I started to get a new problem - Firefox now can take up to 4 minutes to load or reload a page after hibernation. The length of time to reconnect time varies. This only affects Firefox. There is no problem with my internet - other programmes and apps load immediately, and at the same time as Firefox is still trying to load a page/any page I haven't added any new add-ons and can't think of anything I've done that could cause this issue. I thought this would be a windows 11 issue caused after an update, but after a bit of searching on Google, Reddit and Mozilla Help/ I can't find anyone else with a similar problem.

I believe this issue started today. When I print using the Firefox dialog box, all of the printed pages are in color even though the color mode is set to Black and White. I have not changed any of my printer setting and have been using the same printer for many years. The printer is an HP Officejet Pro 8600. I have Firefox version 116.0.3 which was just updated today to that version. When I use another browser (Google Chrome) the pages are printed in Black & Whte. Therefore this appears to be a Firefox issue. I am using Windows 10 64 bit. How can this problem be corrected so that the pages will print in Black & White when I use the Firefox diaglog box? I am using Firefox in a Linux environment with multiple workstations, where I may be logged into more than one workstation at once. The workstations have an auto-mounted home file system such that my home directory (including my Firefox profile directory) are shared.

Because of this, when I try to launch Firefox on a second workstation, I get an error saying "Firefox is already running but is not responding". I have read the support articles about this issue, and other community support threads, but none of them address this use case.

I wish to use the same profile, so that I still have all my bookmarks and such, and have them continue to stay up-to-date. How can I do so in this environment?

I used to be able to send tabs between my devices, say when I go from my home computer to my laptop. This option seems to have gone missing, like I don't even see the option when I right click on a tab. What happened to this option? Did I somehow disable it? Can it be restored?

I'm really surprised and frustrated that I can't do this on Windows 10.

2 days ago I lost the ability to copy and paste a foto or image into my whatsapp using firefox. Then tonight I lost the ability to also copy and paste from the google translator to whatsapp using firefox. As much as I hate to I went to my Microsoft Edge browser and both images and copying pasting text worked. So unfortunately it is definitely a firefox browser issue. I hope someone can resolve this soon! So I can return to using firefox. Thanks!

My primary email account is my companies email. I no longer work at that company and do not have access to that email account.

When I attempt to change email to my personal, which is listed in the account, it requires that I enter a verification code that is sent to the current primary email.

Is there a work around for this, or should I delete the entire account and start again?

Every other search I do a Redirect Notice pops up. How do I get rid of this. Have used MS Edge and this browser does not have the problem, I am reluctant to transfer to Edge but will if I can't resolve this issue.

Every time I open gmail on firefox, it opens to a certain gmail account and the url is https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox. This email is not listed as the primary email on my account and I don't see any way to change the default email that firefox opens to. I want to set my primary email as the gmail account that will open my default and save as user 0, and I also want to delete some of the accounts that are listed for me to log in to.
