The past few weeks I have run into the issue where Soundcloud fails to load and returns an error. This is circumvented multiple ways. Either I open soundcloud in incognito mode and it works fine, or I clear the cache in normal mode. BUT in the second option soundcloud only works during the first visit.

I found a previous question asked here detailing the same exact issue but nobody found a solution that worked. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1346767

Other info I think would be useful: Soundcloud works on my laptop running the same exact profile for firefox. Hinting to me that something else on my computer is in the way.

Deleting all history, cookies, cache, extensions; has not helped

I have attached the images below just as the previous poster has. Including the console log filled with errors.

Hopefully someone can help with this headache!

Hi, I use Firefox, with google.co.uk as my search engine. I have had a problem for several months now, whereby I cannot access images/shopping pages on Google. e.g. I enter a search criteria in Google - say, TOP GUN. I then click on "Images" option, and the "Before you proceed" page opens, ref cookies. I click on "Accept all", but the images page does not open. The same thing happens for "shopping".

I installed Google Chrome, seperately, and it works fine with that, just not with google.co.uk via Firefox. I have uBlockOrigin installed. I disabled it, but still doesnt work (although I just realised I didnt restart pc after disabling it, perhaps I should have?)

Other addons/Extensions are Dark reader, Dark theme for Google, Dark theme for YouTube, and New Tab override (plus uBlockOrigin, as already mentioned). I cleared my cache etc via Security/Privacy on Firefox settings. I used to be able to access these pages, however for past couple of months, no luck.

Any suggestions/assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Guys,

over the pas month i've been gettign an error where my windows 10 apps slowly stop working, so it will start with the news and interests (clicking on it just does not seem to work, then the search will not work again clicking on it will not work, then eventually the start menu will stop working.

now the reason i'm posting here is for weeks i've trying to pin down the cause and today after rebuilding my windows porfile again on friday its happened again (ps the only way to resolve this issue is to rebuild my windows profile as reinstalling windows apps and store do not work), and i've looked at programs and features and firefox updated itself today.

so my thoughts are its when firefox updates itself that my windows apps start to corrupt, so has anyone else experienced this and do any of you guys have any suggestions on how to stop this happening?

i hope this makes sense

On Firefox (windows 11, 103.0.1 64bit) I get the landing screen but nothing else. On edge and chrome I can scroll down to access the rest of the website.

I have run in troubleshooting(safe) mode and tried disabling hardware acceleration.

It's not the end of the world as I can use the website with a different browser, but the rest of the family don't try different browsers and just moan at me instead. So if there is a simple setting change that might improve compatibility then I'm happy to do it

I've been having problems with printing labels from my website.The print is too big to fit on the paper. I have been printing labels for years. If I use another browser, it comes out fine. I already refreshed Firefox and also "cleared the saved print settings" via the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page. Nothing works. I am ready to switch to Chrome if it is not fixed. Thank you for your help.

Are various cookie managers needed now that V103.0.1 states on "What's new FireFox..." tab when it installs update and then restarts.

I have cookie addons: I don't care about cookies AND Cookie Quick Manager

Additionally, in Settings via "cookies" search results I have setup: - Enhanced Tracking Protection = Strict - Send "Do NotTrack" = Always - Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed = enabled ...Manage Exceptions = websites I trust and use frequently, data persistency makes life easier...

- Remember browsing and download history = enabled - Remember search and form history = enabled - Clear history when Firefox closes = enabled ...Settings for Clearing History:

  History section: Cookies = enabled, Cache = enabled
  Data section: Offline web site data = enabled

To be honest, I'm out of my depth here. Attempting settings which 'seem' best for me...?

I had problem with Firefox. He was slow, i reseted, but my addons disappear. Now i have problem, i can install any addon's. Doesnt matter, official or unofficial. I cant anything. Firefox was again reseted, uninstalled and again installed. No matter what i do, come this massage:

"Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt."

I disabled all the add-ons, yet the problem remains. I would like to know if it may be a firewall issue or if I have to reinstall Firefox (or change any other settings). I cannot log in to my Immobilise account using Firefox under Window 10. I tried using Google Chrome ( as advised by Immobilise support) and this worked OK. I used to be able to do it using Firefox but haven't needed to for a while, so I don't know which update has caused this. The problem is that once I have entered my email address and password the 'Login' button remains ghosted and the pointer stays as a No Entry sign.

After upgrading to Firefox version 103.0 on Windows 10 I am no longer able to Login to https://auth.synchronybank.com/account/login . After entering my User ID and Password I stay on the Login screen with the gear spinning for several minutes then receive the error screen shown in the attached image. Clicking on Try Again" on the error screen produces the same error. Please correct ASAP.

Note that the Login from https://auth.synchronybank.com/account/login completes successfully using the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers.

Background; Yesterday I had corrupted file in Windows 10. Windows 10 wouldn't open and the solution was to reinstall Windows but save my data but lose the apps. When I reinstalled Firefox, all of my book marks were gone.

I have gone to the support articles provided and pulled and tried to locate my "old" profile. I couldn't my last attempt was to go the Profiles Manager ( about Profiles). I see the Profile default and I see the Profile default release. I have switched between the two and neither are My Old Profile.

The question: I want to be sure I have exhausted all possibilities in locating my Old Profile, before i start the manual rebuild process?

Also I have by data backed up in Carbonite, but I don't know if is backed up there or how to find it.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Yesterday I went to use my Arkscan Label printer as I always have for years and it distorts the image very largely as appose to fitting 4 x 6 as it always has. I re downloaded the driver, checked my setting from my label shipping site (etsy) and all is the same. My co-workers is still working, (she does not do automatic updates). After reaching out to technical support from Arkscan it is a widespread problem after your latest update to firefox. I was suggested to use a different browser such as Chrome or Edge. Will you be addressing this issue ASAP or should I use another browser from here on out?

With the latest version of Firefox, I can no longer pay bills through my banking webpage. I can log on to my bank account, but attempts to then switch to "Bill Pay" always fail and I get a message that says I must log in again. If I login a second time, I then get a message saying that I am already logged in. Does anyone have fix for this problem?

I have checked with Brother customer service, worked on my iphone 12 and MacBook Pro but cannot find issues to correct or resolve in any of those products. Am beginning to think a recent update or configuration from Firefox might be disrupting my printing process.
