I didn't used to receive this,but I keep getting the Keep getting "firefox can't update to the latest version" message on a pretty regular basis. I have downloaded and installed the latest copy a few times, but then I still get this message.I haven't tried uninstalling the browser in control panel, but I thought I'd check this first. Current version: 82.0.2 This is happening on my work machine (Microsoft Surface) running Windows 10.

once i clear my data on the browser and restart the browser there is a cookie "fakedomain.com", i don't no weather this cookie is it safe or not can you confirm that and i attached the image of that cookie

I tried to insert text into my website and it would not let me insert the text. I closed out of Firefox and went to my website through Safari and I was able to insert that text into my website. What setting in Firefox is not allowing me to insert text into my website?

Whenever I open Firefox it opens a new tab for a brief moment then closes it and opens my previous tabs from my last session. I have this setting unchecked in the settings. I think that it is crashing and trying to restore my pages because of that, but there are no crash reports when I visit about:crash. I am running the latest version of Firefox and windows 10.

a Firefox pop up box requested that I install a new version because it could not.

I downloaded and ran the Firefox Installer .exe

It popped up a window saying...

X C:\Users\jonbr\AppData\Local\Temp\7z50F50053B\setup-stub.exe

the specified procedure could not be found

Goodday everyone,

firefox automatically open my file manager, if am ask to select a file from my filesystem(Local). e.g pdfs, images.

But this new version(82.0.2 (64-bit)). i tried sending a file to somene, but firefox cannot open file manager dialog for file selection.

Example. if i click 'browse' button below, so as to select an image file from my computer, No file selection dialog shows up.

I HAVE SYSTEM RESTORE ON MY FIREFOX. When I purposely restarted my computer, for an unknown reason, a session came up but my previous session did not automatically restore as usually it does. I did something in that window and was thinking about something else and deleted it, ie: the session. OH S _ _ _! Just lost my restore previous session opportunity..... I opened another session (and restore previous session was grayed - not available) and have not closed my session nor re-started since. Is there any other way to go back and recover my lost session windows and tabs? .... not from the previous session that I accidentally closed, but from the session before that? Thanks in advance. i am not able to open the website dramacool.so, till now it was opening and was working well but suddenly it's not getting open and its showing the page of secure connection failed. can you please fix this problem.

I literally happen right after Adobe popped up say Supports is ending. I unpopped out my video to read it because it popped up. I went back to play the video and go PIP mode and nothing. I click the button overly and pauses the video.

I am now seeing the new Firefox print screen when I try to print something from a webpage, but there is something critical missing from that screen. What happened to the "Simplify Page" option?? That, to me, was an incredibly valuable option within Firefox, given that I have to do a lot of printing from websites. Is that option now hidden somewhere in the new print screen, or has it been removed? For me, given what I do, that option is something of a deal-breaker. If Firefox has removed it, I may have to begin using a different browser.

I have a website that automatically reloads when visiting. In all browsers the refreshed page is considered the same so when pressing the "back" button you return to previous page. Not on Firefox. The refreshed page becomes new page in history and when you press "back" button nothing happens as you return to the same page and it "refreshes" you forward again. Tried on Ubuntu and Windows 10 (desktop versions).

It seems that after turning on sync on a machine that already had locally saved, all the local data is gone. This is very awkward since the recent history is the one I am interested in the most. Is there a way to restore it?

NOWData - NOAA Online Weather Data at http://nowdata.rcc-acis.org/eax/ contains a web page that has a Java Script. When I click on a weather station, and click OK, then try to print to a PDF file using DoPDF7, a save as window opens up, but quickly closes, before I can do anything. I had to use IE to do wanted to do.

I have a Dell XPS with dual GPU - integrated and dedicated. I've been having Firefox tabs crashing ever since updating my Intel drivers.

The newest driver update fixes some sluggishness I was having, but now Firefox is crashing.

Things I've done:

Reinstalled a fresh copy of Firefox Disabled Hardware Acceleration Reinstalled the iGPU driver Downgraded Firefox 1 version Chkdsk'd

about:crashes hints towards dual gpu issue from what I can understand

While using Firefox, I was watching a video when all of a sudden the entire thing crash and when I tried to reboot it, the installation directory, the cookies and everything else involving Firefox was completely gone. No sign of it anywhere, has this ever happened to anyone else here?

Your browser, which requires daily updates for some unknown reason , has disabled Java Script which means I can not access photos on websites such as Bring A Trailer which also has adopted its' f... you attitude by eliminating their support.

If you have an accurate fix for my version of Firefox (lord knows how to find it), please provide in straight forward English that those over 30 can understand.

I have Sync setup both on desktop and on my phone (Firefox for Android). If I go on my desktop I can't see the history of my phone, I see only the history from my desktop Firefox. On my phone I can see the history of both. I activated the sync for Bookmarks, History and Tabs on both devices. How could I solve it?

Hi- I am trying to switch from Google to Duckduckgo as my default firefox serach engine. I successfully downloaded the add on and it is now enabled on firefox in the add on section. It installed fine. That said, when I click on my magnifying glass in the search bar, it shows only the prior search engines, Norton Safe search, Discover Now, and Google. There is no Duckduckgo option to select and save as the default. What is wrong?
