So i was using firefox in Linux recently and now because of linux issues, i switch back to windows. I logged in with same id but sync is not working. I had a long history of passwords, extensions and bookmarks. Also opened tabs and all but the account sync is not working. I even verified if this is the same account i logged in with in linux as i have 2FA and in the app it says this is the email i used for it. Please help me ASAP

Hello! Upon searching on Google, Netflix on Firefox can have a max resolution of 1280x720p. But recently, I noticed while watching on Netflix that the video quality was really poor, so I checked the stream details and saw that the resolution was only at 960x540p.

I have tried to create a new profile in Firefox to see if there would be any changes in the Netflix video quality and there was -- it was 1280x720p on the newly created profile while on my default profile it just remains stuck at 960x540p. I could easily just change my default profile, but it is too much of a hassle for me 'cause I don't want to have to re-download all my extensions and lose my bookmarks. Was wondering why this happened and how I could fix this?

i would like to be able to remove ANY bookmark at ANY time from the main menu, not the bookmark bar but the icons in the middle of screen when you open the browser

I cant delete half of them, they flicker for a millisecond and dont disappear. how? i feel like clicking dismiss should forcefully remove the icon. it doesn't and this just makes me a little angry.

add the ability to click on the 3 dots and click a new button called DELETE. it should fix the issue by removing it.

I am creating a new website and on the test instance everything works everywhere except on Firefox. I have 4 x header images on a slider, the first one loads ok, the second one loads ok, then when it should move on to the third & fourth it just stops. The site can still be navigated, but it's a bit annoying and not the user experience I want. The test url is

With automatic updates, does Firefox actually notice when the computer's operating system no longer meets the system requirements? Will the update still be carried out, even though this could lead to problems with use, or will Firefox stop the updates automatically?

Transferred everything to a new computer (Windows 11). All my bookmarks transferred just fine but the little logos are all gone and every bookmark has only the little "globe" logo. How can I get back all the individual logos? Thanks, Len

Did the Mozilla software upgrade to Firefox yesterday, and not I can not access my email. It says "You don't have permission to access "http://www.att.net/" on this server"

when i go to webmail1.earthlink.net it used to fill auto fill in the e-mail address and password that i have saved. NOW it no longer does that, in fact it now shows only (no username) under username. I have several e-mail addresses for that web site and everything it wants to update it... WHAT happened??? it was nicer to have it remember then me having to find my piece of paper with the usernames and passwords

I have a Mac Desktop. I installed upgrades as usual, however, all of my bookmarks (over 100) are gone. This never happened before with any Mac upgrade of software. How do I get my Firefox bookmarks back? Stan

I have had to turn off the ad blockers in the past and delete all the history including sign ins to get it to work again. This update I again went through all of that and also tried turning off every extension, turning off firefox tracking blocker and even reset the network setting to no proxy. Nothing works. Will I have to go back to using the google spyware browser just so I can do my banking? Or can this problem finally be fixed? If firefox worked with NFCU forten years prior without any difficulty I don't know why it cant be fixed.

I customise Firefox's home page by dragging various sections to where I want them, but I can find no way to lock them there. The next time I open Firefox I find the original unorganised homepage, with the invitation to customise evident at the top. How do I lock my arrangement?

Latest upgrade to MACOS Firefox (using MAC OS 10.15.7 Catalina and Firefox 118.0.2) will not show comments section on Wall Street Journal's Editorial or Commentary articles. Safari and MS Edge will. I have checked preferences and do not see any settings that have changed. Any suggestions?

For a while now whenever I drag and drop an image into Google Image, the results show up as pixelated pink, blue, green, yellow etc images. Not a single trace of the original image can be seen.

It has been like this for several updates now, I lost count how many to be exact. But it's been months. In Edge it works just fine, but I don't plan changing browsers just because of that.

If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd love to know.
