Hello Team,

Firefox does not play well with how you customize keyboard shortcuts on Mac i.e. Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts.

By default - Move Cursor to Address Bar - Cmd+L Bookmark this Page - Cmd+D

I would like to switch these two shortcuts but there does not seem to be any way. Please help me out.

Our printers are added from a print server. FireFox is showing the full printer server path as the printer name. This is not good. Why is this happening? I have tried clearing the printer settings and re-adding the printers but this did not fix the issue.

I cannot install English GB dictionary for my spell checker. When I click add dictionaries it takes me to a page where I can select Englsih GB as one of the dictionaries available in my locale. It then takes me to the info and remove page for the dictionary but there is no option to install and no pop up to start the download appears.

I KEEP HITTING ALTERNATIVELY :"dismiss" and "delete from history" but some i have to do it 40 0r 50 times before it stops popping back up

GARBAGE SOFTWARE

This is the second time in 4 months I've had this issue. The first time I resolved it by clearing my cache. That isn't working this time. I've looked at the help articles and clearing the cache is there. This is where I found it the first time. Any ideas?

I am using a new iMac with the latest version of Firefox (100.0.2) Lately when I am reading articles on news sites such as CNN or The Guardian, or on Twitter, when I click on the video the screen goes black and stays black. No video or audio. This is incredibly frustrating. Also, even when I was able to watch videos, the default was that the sound was off. I would like to know how to fix both these issues ASAP!! Hello, I just recently restarted my computer. After I did, Firefox asked me to sign in again. I did, but now I'm on a new account without any of my other profiles. This happened once before and I was able to get my old account back, but I forgot how I was able to do that. How can I sign back into my old account?

i have assurance wireless home page on my desktop and when i try to get it in firefox i get this messageInternal Server Error

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.4.25 (Debian) Server at myaccount.assurancewireless.com Port 443 works in edge and Chrome and ie/able all adons cleared cookies done everything i can even called assurance and they were able to access it not sure why i got it in edge and ie'

Firefox (10.0002 64-bit) is bookmarking every single page I visit, making the bookmarking function useless to me. I just noticed this problem recently. Someone posted a similar question in 2016:

He seemed to think the problem was related to an app -- but someone else posted to that question and they did not have any new apps. Nor do I. I haven't knowingly installed any apps to Firefox in the last year.

Can someone please tell me how to stop the bookmarking function from booking pages automatically without my input?

During an online transaction I get into a loop where Firefox reports "Firefox prevented this page from reloading automatically". I respond with Allow but the situation repeats. I have changed the settings to standard for this particular website, but the problem persists and appears to be the reason that the transaction eventually fails. What other settings or adjustments do I need to make to allow Firefox to automatically reload a page on a trusted site?

Occasionally, the internet will stop working for my “default-release” profile. When I search for something or go to a website, I get “Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.” (refer to the attached screenshot). Then, I have to wait a couple of minutes and reopen Firefox to get back internet access. But, other profiles work uninterrupted, and other applications also work fine. I don’t have any antivirus installed. I tried reinstalling Firefox to no avail. It would be really helpful to hear any suggestions or solutions for this problem.

If I wanted to use the navbar for search I'd set it up that way. I don't, and I'm getting really sick of doing this...

    type in searchBar "about:config"
   Accept warning
   Search "browser.urlbar.suggest.searches" and change it to false (Do this Only if you want to disable suggesions)
   Search "keyword.enabled" and change it to false
   Search "browser.fixup.alternate.enabled" and change it to false 

every time I open Firefox or a new tab in Firefox.

I'd like the option of not having it search in the navbar, ever. I search using Google. I like Google. I've been a big fan and supporter of Firefox for years, but this constantly having to deal with the search in the navbar thing, which I don't want it to do, is really turning me off of Firefox. I hate the Microsoft junk, Explorer and Edge, and I don't like Chrome either, but I'm getting really sick of Firefox trying to shove this Search via the navbar thing down my throat.

How do I disable navbar search permanently, or am I just stuck with redoing it every time I open Firefox or a new tab, at least until I get completely fed up and decide to give another browser a try at replacing Firefox?

I reported this error; however, I still do not have an answer.

Hello... EVERY time I try to sign into my Yahoo email, I have to go through hoops to actually get there. When I click the box that says ...never ask on this device again, your system ignores it. This "Added Security" is not helpful. nor is it adding any security to anything. All you are doing is making me look for other web browsers. Google Chrome does not do this. Safari does not do this. Opera does not do this. I do not need to be contacted via text message, OR ANY OTHER WAY, to gain access to MY email account. Stop holding me hostage!!

Please tell me how to get rid of this absolutely horrible "feature."
