Dear Support Team,

After updating to last Mozilla Firefox version (126.0.1) all my ngx-datatable tables are overlapping all rows over the first one even if the entire height of the table is correct calculated.

This is a blocking point. I need assistance urgently.

I'm hoping someone can help with a conundrum.

A few years ago, whenever I first started Firefox--whether I had just started up my computer or had exited Firefox and opened it back up--it would take several minutes for Firefox to load any website (Google, Amazon, weather.com--anything). Once the first site loaded, it would load subsequent sites normally. Interestingly, it was only my default profile that was affected; if I used another profile or created a new one, websites would load within seconds of my starting Firefox.

I finally broke down and created a new default profile, imported my history/bookmarks/etc., reinstalled extensions, adjusted settings, etc. The new profile behaved nicely, loading the first website within a few seconds of Firefox starting. But over time, the load time has gradually increased to the point where it is now behaving just like the old profile: I load Firefox, I try to go to any website, and it takes several minutes for it to load.

Any ideas what's happening/what's the problem? Hoping someone out there has some wisdom and can help troubleshoot. Thanks!

I have installed firefox in my laptop for years. after latest update, firefox runs just fine only for the 1st time, then after closing the app / restarting the laptop, firefox keep giving error (attached) I have tried to refresh, run troubleshoot mode, uninstall and reinstall again at one point I was able to recreate the issue only after reinstalling firefox 126.0.1 portable version and then syncing to the profile ( run ok for 1st time, then it broke down after closing it) The problem also seems repeatable using firefox 115 protable Now, I tried to reinstall the portable version from scratch, it keeps hitting same error from 1st run

I have also double check the firewall and antivirus to make its not blocking All other browsers works just fine

When ever I play a game, the video I have playing (yes I need that stimulation) all of a sudden just freezes I can hear the audio but the video just freezes unless I click back onto the browser

I have issues since a few months that Firefox loads website only when I actively click on the app and put in foreground. Then the tabs start loading. Why is that?

After startup of Windows 10, I usually run a little batch script of mine starting various applications such as Outlook, Notepad++ etc, including Firefox along with my favourite websites, just like this:

start "" "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Firefox.lnk" https://de.wikipedia.org https://www.google.de [and more...]

So Firefox loads and opens all the tabs in the background, while other apps such as Outlook or Notepad++ come in the foreground. I read mails etc. before I decide to check e.g. Wikipedia. So it might take 5 minutes after Firefox got opened before I actively put it in the foreground. THEN I see no websites got loaded, and THEN Firefox starts to load the websites, which then takes the normal amount of time of a few seconds.

I wonder why Firefox does not load all my requested websites directly after start in the background.

An annoying side effect is, when still in Outlook and clicking on a website link in an email, it won't open in Firefox, most likely due to that reason that Firefox still waits for all the other websites to load. I need to put it into foreground, wait for the loading process to complete, and then go back to the email and click on the link again.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I contact you because, even without an adblocker, Youtube is very slow with Firefox navigator. I don't understand why and I don't have this problem with Google Chrome ? Fews years earlier, I never had this problem with slow Youtube when using Firefox Navigator. I don't know if the problem comes from Youtube or Mozilla and I contacted both of them.

I have used Firefox exclusively for years. I use Hushmail but recently I am missing the respond to email bar that was always there. I have to use Edge and Chrome (but not a fan of) and Hushmail works like it used to. Something about Firefox must be the difference. Can you help me?

I refreshed Firefox last night. Now, Facebook doesn't display images--it displays about half; the rest are blank boxes. Facebook closes while I'm typing. After rebooting a Windows 10 computer, and starting Firefox, two Firefox Windows open. The second one opens Yahoo on it's Tab with no other Tabs open. Before booting, there was only one Firefox window open. This has happened before in the past.

I have also reported several times that at times, Bookmark folders are found missing but found in strange places where I did NOT move them. I have been told that this could be possibly caused because of my very large Bookmark file. It would be very nice if this was resolved. I have reported this at bugzilla.mozilla.org.

The animated images of the articles are loaded once every 3. On Chrome Android I have no problem.

I solve it manually by resizing the page, so they load.

Where could the problem be? In the animation of their site? Do you have any advice on a fix?

Please help me to understand why I keep getting the 'Gah! Your tab just crashed' message. This only started a couple of weeks ago, but is extremely annoying and makes me doubt the integrity of Firefox. The problem can be circumvented (at least for a while) by closing and re-opening Firefox, but I'd prefer not to have to keep doing this.

I have been using Firefox as my preferred browser on Windows 10 Home and Pro systems for a considerable time and have recommended it to many Windows and Android users.

Windows 10 Home ver 10.0.19045 has recently been unable to access many well-known websites due to

Secure Connection Failed - An error occurred during a connection to <website's https url> PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR.

There are multiple reports of this problem from 2023 up into 2024 in Mozilla support and across the web, but no solutions. Curiously all of the problem reports mention Firefox not any other browser. Suggestions to try multiple fixes, but none have resolved the problem.

One posting on Mozilla Support marked RESOLVED says the problem mysteriously went away for that user. Lots of people still seem to be having this problem, so how about a fix.

Every day on the second or third tab the website will not load. If I open firefox again the site will load immediately. These can be bookmarked sites previously used one million times or linked sites embedded in a current tab. Your support pages have not helped. I'm about to ditch Firefox MS Edge!

I am on a mailing list from the Smithsonian Magazine. I receive a daily email containing links to interesting stories. The links work and take me to the correct page, however, I am unable to scroll the page up to read the article. They used to scroll, but not now when I go there by clicking a link in the email. The email also contains a link named View in Browser, and the email appears in Firefox and I can scroll the email, but if I click on a link in that email displayed in the browser, the page still will not scroll up. Problem not present in Chrome or Edge. I previously reported this to Mozilla in Feedback and to the Smithsonian about 2 weeks ago, but still no change in his strange behavior. Firefox 126.0.1 (64 bit)

Perhaps I am the only one experiencing this issue but it is causing such an issue for me that I am afraid I will need to abandon this browser. I never in my life thought an internet browser displaying the forums for the browser would require so many processes.

Am I the only one? I have a pretty basic experience going on here but this is causing such a struggle I might need to find a new browser. I just don't understand how this even gets to be this way.

I am very grateful for a couple of advantages this browser occasionally showcases and I really don't want to migrate to another browser across my devices. All of the options I have read in this forum are pretty much disabled by the updates to Firefox but I am willing to try just about anything within reason that won't be quickly screwed up by another update.

My apologies if I sound frustrated, but come on that's a lot of processes to show your support page and it's eating up so many resources that could be used to trouble shoot my projects in a timely manner. This impacts performance to the point that I can't watch a tutorial with nothing else going on while working with GDevelop.

Hi, I've used Wondershare uniconverter for quite a while without issue. Recently, every time I start a download in uniconverter, firefox crashes/closes. I tried troubleshoot mode in firefox with all extensions and add-ons disabled (I only have 1) and also cleared cache and cookies. Issue remains.

Has anyone come across this and/or has any suggestions?
