Hi, I've used Wondershare uniconverter for quite a while without issue. Recently, every time I start a download in uniconverter, firefox crashes/closes. I tried troubleshoot mode in firefox with all extensions and add-ons disabled (I only have 1) and also cleared cache and cookies. Issue remains. Has anyone come across this and/or has any suggestions? Thanks.
