After trying to navigate to various pages within the Canon USA website I only display a blank page. Under the message tab it says can only be opened in a new tab. This is a recent problem and it is the same when I try to go to the Canon links from within a Canon email on Firefox or Microsoft Edge

I have already sent you the exact information that depicts what is happening! What I got back from you is question after question trying to figure out what the problem is! Pages of absolute junk that have nothing to do with my problem! What does it take to get through to you people?! You sent me a reply that asks me a question: "Does it work if you allow to go to the HTTP version of the website as in some cases a redirect only works via HTTP and you will eventually end up on a secure HTTPS site?"...but your email is unable to be replied to and you offer no way to tell you my answer! If I am reading your question right, the answer is "YES".

I was able to figure out how to get your system to upload the error image and it is here within. The snip says it pertains to a website called "Western Journal", but I have gotten the error message on other sites as well. I repeat, from my original missive, although it claims to only be able to go to a non-HTTPS site, when I choose to go to that site, it shows in the address box, "HTTPS". Have I been hacked? In 25 years of using a computer, I have never seen this error message that seems to contradict itself. Please help and let me reply to you emails. Hi!

In the past few week I have started having problem playing certain YouTube videos (I see no real pattern except certain channels seem to be more likely to fail than others) in a normal browser window, the video will stop at the spinning circle. It works if I try in an incognito window (with all the same extensions active) or another browser. I have noticed the problem on a Linux Mint laptop as well as on a macbook. On the Linux laptop I tried replacing the built in Firefox with the one from the the Mozilla homepage with no improvement. If I clear history in Firefox it seems to work once or twice and then the problem reappears. I also tried disabling hardware acceleration but no dice. There does not seem to be any difference whether I am logged in to my YouTube account or not. I have even tried reinstalling the computer but the problem does not disappear.

Hello, I know it may sound like a Google issue, however, when I used Google Chrome as a browser instead, I did not have this problem. Now, when I'm on Google Drive, whenever I try to make a new folder it has the message "Working" in the corner forever & it won't allow me to create a new Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, or Form. I tried making a new folder on my phone & Google Chrome, and they both worked fine. I use Firefox as my default browser, and I want to keep it this way, however, if I can't use Google Drive with your browser, I might have to switch because I'm in college, and need Google Drive for my work. A mouse click sometimes will not release and any subsequent movement results in a "drag" operation. For several months I had only experienced the problem on the https://radar.weather.gov/ website. I'd click on a map to zoom in, then as the mouse moves the map gets dragged all over the place. There was no work around (the Escape key or additional mouse clicks didn't change the situation). The only way out was to close the page. I raised holy he!! with the Weather Service several times.

Now, a second instance is occurring, this time in my Instagram account. In IG's interface, after uploading a photo and clicking to center the image, the click doesn't release and the pic moves all over the place. Again, Esc key or additional clicks don't cancel the situation. I can only upload to IG by using Msft Edge.

I am using an older Intuos3 Wacom tablet and mouse. But as I said, the problem only exists in the Firefox browser and no other apps, not Edge and certainly not in any of my photo apps.

I noticed a similar but not exact situation in the on Bugzilla but that issue was several years old.

I Just upgraded to 103.2, When I start FF It starts with all my bookmarks pw mgr etc and I can browse to my hearts content . I use Thunderbird mail client If I click on a link for a site with a stored pw in FF password manager now I get a clean new window which has no bookmarks and no saved passwords for anything. How can you help me?

I upgraded Firefox, created an account and installed Simple Tabs. I changed a few things in settings. I now have to login into Facebook every time and I cannot post anything. How do I fix it? When the window pops up the little icon circle just keeps going around and around.

I have suddenly become unable to access Amazon Smile through Firefox. Google Chromr seems to work ut I don't really like it. I get the message: Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to smile.amazon.co.uk.

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

This seems strange as I have never had this prolem until today. ps I'm not particularly computer savvy so you'd have to lead me by the hand!

With only one tab open in Firefox, the attached jpg is what I see in my task manager.

My desktop is extremely laggy for obvious reasons....but dont know why.

Confusing to see so many child tasks under the parent.

Anyone know what I need to do to over come the general slowness etc on my box.

Up-to-date Firefox on Windows 10 laptop. Today, for the 2nd time in a week or so, the “mailto” function has disappeared; i.e., if I click a “Send email” link on a webpage, the Windows dialogue box to select a mail app pops up. When I check the applications setting, mailto doesn't appear in the list.

The first time this happened, I found online instructions to refresh Firefox and select Gmail as the mail client. I don’t mind doing it again, but I am concerned about the problem occurring so soon after the recent refresh.
