Over the past few weeks, a few times when I have tried to re-size the browser has crashed. In fact it literally crashed about 30 seconds ago when i just ran the cursor over the little double box in the upper right hand corner please help thanks!

How do I change policies regarding telemetry and data? I found the policy list but have been unable to change the restrictions. Formerly had a faculty account at Tarrant County College. Perhaps I am still logged in to that account which no longer exists. Windows 11 Surfshark VPN

My passwords are saved on both my browsers, (firefox & safari), I've checked and double checked them. The password works on Safari just fine, no problems there.

I tried typing the email/password in on Firefox. Several times. No luck. I tried removing and retyping the email/passwords into the vault. No luck. I tried shutting the browser down and opening it up again. No luck. I tried restarting the laptop. No luck.

Does Firefox have a problem with Post.News?

Every day when I come back to my mac and firefox is open, it will not respond to any new web address. I can put in any web site and it resolves the full page name, but does not open any site. I have to close firefox completely, which is a pain when I have multiple pages open. It does not matter if I have one or tabs in use, I am forced to close out of firefox completely in order for it to work again. This has been going on for years for me with firefox through multiple versions, multiple MacOS, and multiple Mac systems.

There is an organizational website https://www.ura.go.ug/ After login, it presents the Image below, yet my Mozilla Firefox Browser is up-to-date. I do not get the same messages when I use other browsers like Chrome or Ms Edge. This has been like this ever since the updates beyond Firefox version 78.

My Norton password manager extension will not open as a log in page. Still working properly on Microsoft Edge. I tried uninstall and reinstall with no change. No errors listed.

Fri. 10/20/23 @10:48 pm CDT -- Good evening. As an experienced I.T. Consultant, I cannot find a spot in the Account Profile section or its related pages to UPDATE my phone number. If your system is doing 2FA, it had to be entered at some point. Since I had that old number for almost 10 years, I don't remember what features Firefox had back then. I'd appreciate it if someone would provide an answer. Previous answers I've read today didn't provide one.

I don't know - these are valid sites - I've used them as recently as Friday. I've checked the spelling etc. I did some cache-cleaning two weeks ago but they've worked since then. Thanks. Jerry

Can't stream Amazon after update. What's the issue? Watching videos, LiveTV on MEdge works fine. Refreshed FF and didn't work. Followed instructions on managing DRM controlled content and still not working. FF is broken. Please fix or please help. Thank you.

Latest Firefox 118.0.1 (64 bit) Windows 10 pro upgrade has completely disabled all tabs and comes up with a silly and annoying comment wich provides no information whatsoever. Very annoying and totally useless. Please provide fix/workaround/new upgrade without this fault infering with the program.

A virus file, from a website, keeps automatically downloading each time that I open my Firefox browser. I have tried clearing the cookies and history but the file keeps showing up as downloaded but the actual file is not in the general download folder? I only see where it download and says downloaded in the download list. The file contains a virus and also Firefox states that its dangerous. I never clicked to open the file.

How to stop this from keep automatically downloading when I open my browser? Please help ASAP Thanks

Following the advice given on Firefox I switched to storing my messages online. Only AFTER having chosen this switch was I told that I would have lost ALL of my previously stored messages on my computer. Can anyone please tell me how to access those messages previously stored on my computer if that is possible, or at least tell me the address where they would have been stored on my computer. Some help would be much appreciated !

I've been looking for help for a week now as to what happened to my ability to print from Firefox? Everything was fine until last week with the update. It's not my printer as I am able to print from other browsers. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Trying to clear saved printer setting per Troubleshooting advice. I even deleted it from my computer to try and get an earlier version but it keeps bringing me back to the latest version that does not work. The worst part was I was trying to back up my computer (restore point) to an earlier date my Webroot was not allowing me to do that I I could not get that turned off. I called the Geek squad who remoted in and made things worse. She somehow deleted my ONLY restore date there. So for a week I have been trying to find help. You are my last resort before I switch to another browser. I work from home so this is not convenient, as I print often. Switching browsers just to print is wasting time (I don't like the other browsers). HELP!

I can't access my email in fastmail.us and I can not reach their support page either. I am running FF119.0.2 (64bit) on windows10. This problem started with the upgrade to this version. I can reach my email on my iPad and on MSFT Edge which leads to the conclusion that this problem is FF related.

Every time I try to open a pdf file in firefox, I have a problem as the attached image show. I think it's a font error and the only customization I have is the better fox plugins and the addons bellow.

When I click on Firefox, my email comes up. Now the whole screen is covered up with an ad for Microsoft 365, and there is no way to delete it. I have tried re-booting and spent an hour trying to find solutions, which either don't apply to my problem or the solutions appear so complicated I can't follow them. I am 76, and just want to be able to do the most basic use of my computer.

With the vs 118 comes the end of my use of firefox. it has become worthless. 3 tabs of and 17 instances of firefox open 90% memory and 75% of my CPU is going to firefox.

And nothing is happening. Took about an hour to get to this page!!!

Let me know when YOu get FF under control and to a place it use to be - reliable.
