When I activate my Mozilla vpn I get this message when trying to send email on my charter.net account: Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: impout002.msg.chrl.nc.charter.net cmsmtp 68.235.44.53 blocked. One particular website I use does not work with a VPN. So before subscribing to Mozilla VPN I need to know if I can turn off the VPN in a single Firefox container. If not can I use another browser without the VPN? Does the VPN apply to other browsers and network transactions such as ftp? I have looked at the FAQs but can't find the answers. Thank you.
