The website in question is called myautosmart.com and it's used to look up a lot of locksmith-related information for specific vehicles, among other things. It requires verification of locksmith status and a paid subscription to log in so probably no one will be able to test anything directly.
This is on a brand new installation of windows 10 with up-to-date firefox version 111.0

Upon logging into the site, my username appears in the top right as if I am logged in, but every page continues to redirect to the login page as if I am not logged in at all, rendering the site unusable.

Contacting the website owners - they could not replicate the problem and assured me they tested it on a system running windows 10 and the latest version of Firefox.
Website works fine on Chrome, and in Firefox on another windows 10 pc I have, a windows 7 pc, a 15 year old iMac and a macbook pro. This is the only computer that has any issue.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.
