Hello, recently switched over to Firefox. Whenever I exit Firefox and reopen it to search something, I am signed out of my Google account. If I refresh the page it signs back in. Is there any way to prevent this?

I've been using Firefox Nightly for Android and Firefox for Android for years without issue. I've left Nightly at build 68.5a1 as it has several features that later bulds removed. I sync across all my mobile devices but NOT with my desktop. When a website requires a newer browser version to run, then I switch to plain Firefox.

Today Nightly would NOT open. It opened and pointed to an offline file. I noticed it was marked by "///". I'm sorry I didn't take a screenshot or note the file.

Reading several posts, I removed Nightly, purged the cash and purged the data. Then I reinstalled Nightly from the apk file I saved. While the install went without a hitch, it will NOT permit me to sign in to synch the data saved in all my other devices. It just spins as this image shows.

I read a post indicating a direct url for sign in and tried it. But it only worked for Firefox and NOT Nightly.

How do I resolve this?

I've received an email about the change from Firefox account to Mozilla account. But it came to an email address that I removed from my Firefox account months ago, and not to either the primary or the secondary email addresses that are on the account now. How come?

I will call this syncing actually it is not. I have lockwise on my iphone. I AM SIGNED INTO my mozilla firefox account on my laptop. I discovered my lockwise passwords were no longer on my ios device. Trying to sign into my firefox lockwise account and it tells me password invalid, laptop signed in? What i need is to get my firefox passwords back to my lockwise firefox account to import them to another password manager. can you help please.

Could you please help me, I'm having trouble logging into some of my accounts, I can't access verification codes or the correct passwords for apps like Amazon.co.uk also I keep having to log onto Firefox browser as it does not allow me to stay lodged in does it need to be updated or is there something else I should be doing. Hello, Setting up a new iPad and signing into Mozilla fire fox, I found myself though I see on my phone I have more than one Mozilla account. On the iPad there are several with no username and no password. This is the case for Amazon? as well. For example, Amazon, UK Amazon, Germany, Amazon it’s only Amazon? france, Amazon?, USA, etc.. each time I have to write in my email and look up my password on another device, and then ask the iPad to remember the password and the password is NEVER remembered. Sorry, I don’t know why all caps. I am hoping a synch will clear things up, but do I sing from my phone or do I sync from an old computer? If I do have several Mozilla accounts, probably because I encountered password trouble and created a new ID, there could be a great amount of Helter skelter. If I sync more than one of these to the new device, will they all remain on the device or will they be faithful to the account that I am signed in on?

How do I tell which account I am using in Mozilla fire fox

Is there a trick to get Mozilla firefox to merge with the one on my phone for example, where things seem to be pretty straightforward.

I apologize because I’m not asking a clear question. Has anybody run into a problem of having their fire fox password system absolutely non-functional, and in addition to that on an Apple device, that the iCloud Keychain doesn’t want to remember the password, either, nor do the websites want to “remember me”.

Dear support, Emergency my needs help. Around 10 year plus I am using Mozilla Firefox account and my all data backup, password, web bookmark etc save in my Mozilla account ([edited] @gmail.com ) . But suddenly this month I change my PC windows and after install Mozilla Firefox and login my Mozilla account I can't find my old data, bookmark, password in my Mozilla account, it's so dangerous for me if I loss this . how God dam stupid are you people ? you present an option to "sync OTHER devices" with a QR code! but when someone usees this QR code they get a message saying basically they can not use the QR code to sync the " OTHER " device! this is not only retarded its joe biden retarded !

Good morning - I wanted to set up two-factor authentication with your browser for security reasons. A code comes up that one uses with one's phone. I connected with it, but I couldn't finish setting up the 2FA. Here's the problem: My Samsung Note 20 Ultra has fingerprint scanning on the screen. Since I bought it, I tried using the fingerprint feature, but it is a beast to get my prints scanned and then it can hardly ever scan my print successfully. So I gave up using fingerprints altogether. So I scan your code, and it wants me to do the whole fingerprinting thing with my phone in order to set it up. It doesn't give me the option to use the security that I did choose to use with my phone. Please advise how I can get 2FA without doing all of this. Thanks. Ritva

I'm using Firefox Nightly and the "suggested logins" bar at the bottom is still there, even after I have already logged in to youtube on the website. Actually, it's still on this tab as well, while I am already logged in to Mozilla.

Neither "Ready to scan" nor "Use email instead" will log me into my account in Firefox. When I try to log in, I'm only logged into my account in that one single tab that I used for it, Firefox accounts says it's "Chrome Mobile 84". I'm unable to get Firefox itself to log in to my account at all.

My phone was in middle of crashing so I got a back up plan with Goog one , however they lost almost everything. Lost passwords etc. Had to reset my Firefox password, didn't have my account recovery key before, lost with Goog, now I have found my Account Recovery key returned, couldn't find anywhere in my account that shows where to enter the Key to recover saved data in Firefox, clicked on forgot password after trying my real password to no avail. Where do I enter recovery key. Email I got MozillaFirefox only said I can now use Mozzila Support said nothing about account recovery. Thank you
