Dear support, Emergency my needs help. Around 10 year plus I am using Mozilla Firefox account and my all data backup, password, web bookmark etc save in my Mozilla account ([edited] @gmail.com ) . But suddenly this month I change my PC windows and after install Mozilla Firefox and login my Mozilla account I can't find my old data, bookmark, password in my Mozilla account, it's so dangerous for me if I loss this . And then nobody remembers the password even though they said they remembered it and I don't remember it. And it says if I reset my password I'm going to lose all the bookmarks and all of my logins. What the heck? Why isn't there always option just to login with my Google account? It does sometimes but not always.
