I have an issues while typing certain phrases for example: 1-while typing "8oh" after typing "h" it autocorrect to "88oho" and place cursor behind last "o" so result looks like "88oh|o" where "|" is the cursor. 2-while typing "34-34W" after typing "W" it autocorrect to "34-334-34W4" and place cursor behind last "4" so result looks like this "34-334-34W|4" where "|" is the cursor. It is occurring everywhere like in search engine Google, while typing comments on YouTube and even in this particular window while typing about this issue. It does not occurre in adres bar. It does not occurred while writing without text prediction. It occurred even autocorrect is disable.

Have not been able to receive email on my primary account (I have 3 accounts) for 3 days now. Windstream has been no help and seems to have lost hundreds of important files. My 2 other accounts work fine. HELP!

Logging in to Twitter/X is no longer possible as of a couple of days ago. After entering the username, pressing the "Next" button does nothing. Using the Desktop or Mobile version of the site makes no difference.

Latest android Firefox application downloaded from google play, does not show the VPN Yes i tried all options on settings. and there is no access to about:config to change browser.ipProtection.enabled to true as it solved same problem at all Firefox for windows browsers, No access to any about:policies studies etc..

Studies is enabled at settings but no VPN there.

after reading ALL (official forum blog support and unofficial last month) pages and posts about that and did all I could.

Regional irrelevant as SAME WiFi I easily enable VPN on Firefox for windows as I explained above but again I am writing about ANDROID so all replies try to control yourself and not copy paste answers help for windows Firefox and irrelevant for android firefox.

Please only answers from experienced same issue or you manage to recreate it and solve it or if it work for your Firefox for android and you are using an older version please help.

Hello Mozilla Support Team, I am writing because my primary email address associated with my Mozilla/Firefox account has been compromised and I no longer have any access to it. Unfortunately, this prevents me from performing basic account management tasks. Specifically: • I would like to add and verify a new email address (*censored@outlook.com) as a secondary email so I can later promote it to primary. • However, when trying to add any secondary email, Mozilla sends a verification code/link to the current primary email address — which I cannot receive anymore. • As a result, I am completely locked out of updating or securing my account, even though I can still log in with my password (and possibly 2FA if set up). My new desired primary email is: *censored@outlook.com I have read the official documentation (e.g., https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-primary-email-address-firefox-accounts and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ive-lost-my-firefox-sync-account-information), which states that changing the primary email without prior secondary email setup is not possible for security reasons when the old primary is inaccessible. Questions: 1. Is there any exception, manual verification process, or alternative recovery method available in cases of compromised/lost primary email access? (For example, through identity verification, account recovery key if I have one, or support-assisted change?) 2. If no recovery is possible, can you please confirm that creating a brand-new Mozilla account with *censored@outlook.com is the only remaining option, and advise on how to best migrate my synced data (bookmarks, passwords, history, etc.) if still accessible on my devices? I understand the security implications and that Mozilla prioritizes protection against unauthorized changes — I just want to regain full control and secure my data properly. The same thing happened to me when I attempted to login to the Marriott website a few days ago. Initially, I thought it was Marriott's server that was the problem but since the problem has appeared on two different hotel chains, I suspected the problem was with Firefox's servers. So, to check, I launched the Google Chrome search engine and made the same exact search and the problem away. My search was successful.

Can you please help me so that I don't continue getting these errors? If you are unable to help, I will be forced to remove Firefox from my desktop computer because I need to be able to make hotel reservations without encountering this type of problem.

My computer is an older Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1.

I can't sign in to gmail as I used to for years. (It works ok when I use Private Browsing, but that's inconvenient.)

WHAT USED TO HAPPEN: when I was at the sign in page, my password manager (Dashlane) filled in the username and then a screen asking to use the passkey. I said yes, and got in to Google with no problem.

NOW: the password manager fills in my username (my name at gmail.com) and when I hit "NEXT" in the sign in field I get email or phone l.com When I click in the field that disappears and my username appears. When I hit NEXT it goes back to "email or phone l.com". Same when I hit return. Same when I enter my phone number. SO maybe it's Dashlane (my password manager)? But when I disable that and TYPE my username (or phone number) in the field, same stuff happens.

BUT when I use a private browser window, the gmail sign in works as before, and so that's what I've been using -- but it's not convenient having 2 windows open. Before it was just a tab in one window. What changed? Why? Can I change it back? Thanks!

I have version 146 of Thunderbird. My OS is Windows 11. The Local Folders in Thunderbird are out of alphabetical order.

I have list of 130 local folders that are in the correct alphabetical order. Under that list, I have another list of 25 folders, starting with the letters L - U, that are in order alphabetically. I have tried to move several of them back up into their correct place in the list of 130 folders that are above them. This worked well for about 10 folders. Now, when I try to move a folder from the second set to its correct place in the group of 130 folders above them, they all end up in the same spot, between folders starting with De and Dra. When I try to move them away for this location, into their correct alphabetical slot, they will not move.

Also, when I try to create a New Subfolder under Local Folders, it is not created in the correct alphabetical location.

Does anyone know of an easy to correct these errors? I need to get my local folders in the correct order alphabetically again. Thank you.

Hello, My main computer died and I am trying to setup Mozilla on a spare laptop. I exported settings from my mobile device but am not seeing a way to import them into the desktop. It created a k9s file but it is not giving that option. What am I doing wrong??

since updating my firefox browser I am having trouble with both instagram and facebook. The pages won't load regularly and when they do load - it is only partial pages. Have tried to find solutions to fix this. These are the only two websites that I'm having an issue with. What can I do?

I am not aware of having adblock. I have looked in settings and don't see it on but Angels Gifts won't let me collect my game pieces because it says it detects adblock. I looked in extensions and don't see it. what should I do?

I know I'm probably not in the right platform to be requesting a feature, but I hope you can add support for this website because I can't do video calls on facebook through firefox and I have to use a different browser to do so. Please add this feature as soon as possible. Thanks!
