Can someone please tell me how to answer questions asked, in emails to me, receoved from support helpers. In ~6 emails received so far, my only response option looks like clicking the "Mark It as Solved" button...I can't see how to answer, for example, that I'm using Debian Buster, with KDE. Also, jonzn4SUSE asked me to "see screenshot" of his SUSE distribution, but I can't see that image, nor a file attachment. Thanks again.

i use Microsoft rewards program, in Firefox browser beta I get only mobile search points, desktop searching are not counting, I hope Firefox team will fix this issue sooner.

I cant connect to my Mozilla Services ,,,i can't enable my Javascript for Firefox and a novies and don't know how so I've pressings any links i just my situation worst

I have Windows 11 and the Firefox 124.0.2 browser. I cannot update to the latest version of Firefox. I receive an error message "Failed to update". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, ran the install utility selecting update, nothing seems to work. Please help

Buonasera, stamattina non funzionando le mail in arrivo in Thundebird, ho riparato la cartella a seguito di un messaggio arrivato dal vostro portale dove mi diceva: spazio archiviazione terminato. Effettuata la procedura i messaggi in entrata hanno iniziato a funzionare regolarmente ma mi sono accorto che tutte le mail nella cartella posta in arrivo erano prive di testo. I am having difficult connecting to mailboxes in Plesk Obsidian on a VPS. I can set up the mailboxes in Plesk and make a note of the password. I then go into TB and start the 'Add Mail Account' process. All goes well at first. I get a green message saying 'Configuration found by trying common server names' (automatic connection). When I click 'Done' TB whirrs for a bit and then comes back with a green message showing a tick and 'Checking Password' but an orange message saying 'Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password'. If I try manual configuration I get a similar sequence (using ports 995 and 465, SSL/TLS and 'Normal password').

I do not have this problem when working with cPanel (on a different server, but very similar mailboxes and security settings). This suggests to me that there's something amiss in my Plesk settings, but what could it be?

I have searched around without success. Most articles that might help are for TB 31 (even the Plesk Obsidian on-line manual). Any suggestions, please?

Suddenly .... Folders show that they contain messages but the message list window is empty. If I '"repair folder", the list of messages is restored. But i have to go through that painful process for each folder, and i have many accounts and folders. And if Tbird is closed and reopened, the problem still exists - even 'repaired' folders do not display their messages.

Firefox choose folder got wrong when use a USB HDD

First, I apoligize if this is not correctly posted here but this kind of fit multiple categories.

I love Firefox and have used it for quite a long time. However, recently I have had multiple issues, most which have not been resolved. This issue however needs to get fixed because I cannot do this every time. For some reason, if I close the browser and open it again, my account has been disconected and it wants me to log in again. I did find a post regarding this from 10 months ago which a user stated the following:

"Your ‘logged-in’ status is stored in special cookies. If the cookie is removed, you are logged out.

You may be in Private Browsing mode or told Firefox not to remember.

Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.

Turn off Always Use Private Browsing Mode Turn on Remember My Browsing And Download History At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on ONLY Cache and Form And Search History leaving the others off."

I followed this hoping it would be the end of it but it still keeps on happening. If I can't get a solution to this, I will have to use another browser. I hate to think that will happen as no other browser has been as good a fit as Firefox but as I am sure you can imagine, this is getting to be too difficult of a process to do 10-20 times a day.

Home Button? Why? It is useless because I cannot set up my home page. I removed Firefox Android from my phone now because of this. Also the new Firefox 100 is too cluttered with too many useless features. Am thinking about removing from my PC. Been unhappy with the changes and FireFox platforming "censorship" and showing political bias to woke agendas and free speech. Was a longtime big fan but I do not see Firefox doing well in the near future.
