When I run Firefox in troubleshooting mode I can log into citibank. When I return to normal I cannot. I've turned one extension after another off. None of them seem to be causing the problem.

This all started when I created a container for Banking. it has been a problem ever since.

All of a sudden when I go into Firefox and type in the web browser it comes up on left hand side of the screen and is so small that it is impossible to read. It has never done this before

This morning I had trouble updating my Firefox after the new update. Went to our IT people, who uninstalled Firefox, and installed a new one. The new one updated fine. However, I had forgotten my password, and had to reset it when logging in into the newly installed Firefox. Now I am logged in, but cannot see any of my bookmarks, etc. Essentially Firefox is treating my account as a new one and does not remember any of my settings. Is there anything I can do to recover my settings and bookmarks?

Hi there! I can't clear my cache. I go to Preferences > Privacy & Security > Clear Data... but my recent URLs always still show up under History (see image). Please advise! Thanks

For some reason, many homepages looks wrong when I'm using firefox from my laptop (mac). I don't know why and can't find any ways to make it better. Can anyone help me?

I am trying to access this web site https://www.wunderground.com/ When I click on this link all I get is a White page! If I use Safari it works perfectly. What must I do??

I've just updated my iMac which uses mac OS Monterrey12.5. As a direct result I can no longer use the Mozilla search window on the Foxfire Homepage. It's still there but it won't allow you to enter information into the box. Is there either a way to restore the functionality of the search window or at least disable it in settings so I don't have to see the window and be reminded that it no longer works? Hi friends. We have had some recent power outages when everything was back up running my youtube screen only shows the video but everything else is white. I will try to attach a screenshot.

I tried to log in to my bank and it says "access denied." I may have changed a setting or something on Firefox or my VPN. I'm confused, am not very computer savvy. I went to Apple store last weekend for phone and they said I should use Safari for info security, so I made that default on my Mac Mini (where I'm writing now) for a couple days, but then got blocked from a website where I plan to apply for a job, so I went back to Firefox, after I read articles saying that Firefox is more secure. I am using a VPN, so is that part of the problem ? (shouldn't be, because I have had that for a year or so). I don't know what to do, and it is after 12:45 am now, and I have to go to bed, have to get up for work in 6 hours. I hope someone has some help for me when I log in tomorrow. Trying to retire the Google surveillance tool, Chrome, by using Firefox. Ugh, if y'all want to encourage this someone should really look at how this is done!

I got bookmarks moved and prefs setup. Importing extensions is really nice--thanks FF devs--but a feature of Chrome I use every day is the set of icons on the new tab/home page/startup page. It is super easy to customize on Chrome but I can find no way to do so in Firefox. These icons have no label on the page and are right under the search bar--see image.

I have spent most of the morning following unhelpful links about android or mentioning menu options that do not exist. I am using FF 119 on macOS.

I've been a long-time fan of Firefox's bookmarks management system, but over the past year, I've encountered a persistent issue that's affecting my productivity. I regularly use the bookmark bar and organize my bookmarks into folders. However, any changes I make don't seem to stick and get reset after a period of time. This is especially frustrating as I heavily rely on bookmarks to keep my browsing organized. Problem Details

Here's what typically happens:

1. I add a bookmark to a specific folder or position, either in the general list of bookmarks or on the bookmark toolbar.
2. Sometime later, that bookmark leaves its designated position and moves to the bottom of the unsorted list of bookmarks.

Devices and Operating Systems

• MacBook M1 2020 running macOS Monterey
• Dell Alienware 17 r5 running Windows 10

Both devices have the latest version of Firefox installed, and I use Firefox Sync to keep my bookmarks and settings consistent across these devices. Suspicion

I suspect that this issue occurs when I make a change to bookmarks on one computer and then open Firefox on the other computer. The bookmarks seem to reset, possibly due to some issue with Firefox Sync.

I have noticed that my browser saves certain data that was filled into forms on websites such as contact info, or 2FA codes. Of course, the all options for Logins and Passwords as well as Forms and Autofill are turned off. So I wonder, what causes this behavior? I would maybe think these are some cookies, but after clearing them and deleting all site data this still happens. For 2FA codes this is harmless. but I'm concerned Firefox may do this for passwords too. Anyway, why would I need to save info of TOTP?

Well, I wanted to provide PRIVATE feedback to the developers, but it appears that they are intent on avoiding that at all costs, continually steering me into posting on the public forum instead by not providing any other alternative. So be it. Remember, this was not my choice.

I was shocked to see the following results from Firefox's own presearch for the simple term "mom" (I was typing a longer word, but the presearch came out during my typing). I think your curation algorithms need some hard tweaking.

I restarted my computer today and downloaded a new version of Firefox. When I started it up again everything was gone... all Tabs, history, and bookmarks. This is a sad loss as I have been organizing my life with Firefox for over 10 years. Is there any going back and getting my firefox restored?

Since approximately July 2023, Firefox gives me a beachball and pauses for about 10 seconds whenever I change between it and another app, or between one Firefox window and another. The same behavior does not occur with other browsers, likewise whether my connection is WiFi or wired.

I have No Proxy set in Network Settings. I am running a 2021 M1 Max Macbook Pro on Ventura 13.5.2.

I have tried all of the suggested solutions here at Mozilla for how to delete a website URL from being autofilled: whenever I type 'pre', the autofill function fills in the rest of the website 'www.preply.com'. It was a horrible ESL teaching scam website, I only taught through it for a month last November then quit when they ripped me off. But now since last November, any time I type in 'pre'–I invariably see their annoying, shitty website :-( It is very annoying because it was a bad employer experience–and now I cannot ever remove them from Firefox :-(

I tried deleting it in the address bar with shift + delete, then also went into some obscure Firefox folder and deleted some file with Firefox closed (this was the supposed "solution"–it did NOT work).

Is there any way to solve this incredibly annoying issue? Or should I just switch to Chrome or Safari and give up? Very disappointed in how impossible Firefox makes deleting autofill URLS, really, REALLY BAD software programming. Any helpful or solution greatly appreciated thx :-)
