This is pretty much a duplicate of https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1334684 : I have the uBlock Origin and Skip Redirect extensions installed, both work by checking/modifying the URL of the site I am trying to visit.
Unfortunately, I am running into some sites that are re-directed via some tracking URLs. Here's one example I had today:
As you can see, the destination URL is embedded within the tracker URL and as such, is exactly what Skip Redirect was designed to deal with. Unfortunately, uBlock Origin seems to look at the URL before Skip Redirect does and blocks it outright because it is a known tracker (awstrack.me).
If I could tell Firefox to let Skip Redirect modify the URL first (to https://www.allaboutcircuits.com/technical-articles/analyzing-dc-and-steady-state-ac-circuits-with-python/ ), uBlock Origin didn't need to block access to it.
Is there a way to change the order in which extensions are applied (i.e. get to run) when a URL is opened?

SOME, however, seem incapable of attaching their button in the Nightly/linux version (although they work fine in FF82/linux). I especially want to be able to use the 'Remove cookies' button which works ONLY on the current page and which is absolutely useless without a button. I haven't checked with the author(s) yet, but I will.
Is this just an oversight or was this function removed deliberately?

Upgrading to Firefox v112 causes CPU utilization in the exact same use case to jump to ~35% with spikes over 70%. Additionally the responsiveness drops dramatically, and is difficult to use. I've tried a completely new profile with the default settings, and the results are the same. I've reverted back to v111 for the moment.

I created a virtual host on nginx which looks something like this: firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com and have a mariadb database as the backend. In about:config on firefox, I then set the identity.sync.tokenserver.uri to https://firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com/1.0/sync/1.5.
Everything seems to work fine, but I still have some questions which I did not find an answer to online.

I've using FF since the beginning. I use it for 99.999% of my browsing. Very recently the audio streaming from a particular site stopped working while all others seem to work. Other browsers appear to play this site just fine. If someone is aware of why this particular site had stopped working or better yet know of a setting I can change to resume function that would be greatly appreciated. The subject site is http://wplr.tunegenie.com/# then try to click on the play button (right arrow). I've searched and searched, tried and tried to no avail. I'm willing to debug an older release of Firefox (ver. 98.0). In order to do that, since I don't want to compile, I wanted to download the debug symbols from Mozilla's symbol server. I followed the documentation provided about this service but I still can't make the server give me something else than 404 Not Found.
From what I understood, I tried fetching symbols using this URL : https://symbols.mozilla.org/firefox/firefox-98.0-Linux-20220304153049-linux64-mozilla-release-symbols.txt
But the file doesn't exist. The /firefox sub-directory doesn't exist either.
How do I properly use this service ? Thank you for your time,

(Of course when I recorded it, it worked, but it took some effort.) Multiple clicks to get it to open.
But if you watch a bit more of the video: if I scroll the screen so the menu is NOT at the top of the screen and I select "open in new tab" it opens straight away.
WARNING! TURN DOWN THE VOLUME! Sorry, but I only realised that the sound was also captured and ..... Anyway: Please turn down the volume!

Activity - I decided to add the AdBlocker Ultimate Extension to my FireFox. addons://detail/adblockultimate@adblockultimate.net During or after download it started to dispay a web page. FFox and my entire machine became VERY slow, and the message "TLS handshake with Google.apps" was displayed bottom let of the FFox Window. AFTER MUCH time, a "donate" page was displaed with various buttons and payment options. May be for a moment my Linux machine speeded up before going VERY SLOW,,, eventually a window poped up saying@ script "Chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser.js.5262" - do you wish to stop or continue,,, Despite clicking "Stop" lots of time, - which was difficult as mouse arrow movement was slow due to machine being slow / dead. EVENTUALLY - despite waiting long time for the Java Script to complete, I had to power off the m-c & restart. ... It is VERY FAR from good that Through any web page - that FFox can crash my machine... IMHO - TOTALLY DANGEROUS, and far from good. I have found this a very frequent problem, with FireFox crashing my Linux M-C Some web sites are better than others. Or rather some website will very quickly kill my Linux MC.

I've been using firefox as my main browser and I've created a account and using it all the time for syncing the settings, bookmarks, logins, extensions etc.
BUT due to some unwanted (really irritating) search suggestion were being shown to me by firefox, I had to uninstall firefox from my system.
But when I installed firefox again and after loggedin, I'm syncing everything but this is restoring (syncing) very old data which doesn't have my latest bookmarks, extenstions & saved logins!!
How DO I get my all data???

It's so annoying I have to just disable it, and that's not right. Nobody needs popups of any kind for anything ever. It's the same as an ad.
