Can you please reverse this [removed] update off my phone ☎️ None of my apps allow me access without fingerprint or eyescanning which I only have set up on 1 or 2 apps. I have never activated any sort of eye scanner. Yer takin [removed] liberties interfering with my phone ☎️

Before you deny anything it worked before yer update and now it has everything attached to Firefox browser. [removed]

The bookmarks that are shown on the shortcuts are getting distorted by time. Every 2 months, I have to re-install the browser to have decent bookmark symbols. This issue has been around for atleast a year.

When I glance away then tap to wake up phone the browser pops a new tab which is frustrating-to the point I am ready to use something else on my phone if I can't downgrade the browser version. I need to know how to downgrade because my browser is now not a joy to use. Note, I did not change my browser settings-it was the last simple update that broke it.

In Switzerland we have a payment App called Twint which is widely used for transferring money and payments. In most case you scan a QR code or put in a name and their mobile phone. However, when it comes to parking it accepts the QR code and then informs the user that Firefox can not deal with the financial transfer. In a telephone call with the Twint organisation this morning it was suggested that I change to Google Chrome!

What is the situation? Is somebody trying to work on a solution or did I really have to change to "Chrome" Andrew R. Nicoll ....

Can I add Firefox and still keep Safari and switch between them? One reason would be that I have so much stuff in Safari—hundreds of tabs open, folders, history—that I wouldn’t want to lose, and even if there’s a way to move it all to Firefox, I’m not sure that I’d trust that nothing would be lost. But there are a number of things I run up against that aren’t compatible with Safari, so I need to have an alternative for those times, without being forced into the googleverse with Chrome. Thanks. In the Settings section of my phone it says VPN not connected even though I have downloaded the app and it seems to be working. It asks for the type of VPNI want to install. I don’t know what kind this is. What should I put for the Settings?

Any workaround ideas for installing Firefox on "new" iPad with OS 12.5.5 that son bought father for Father's Day gift? I love Firefox, my default on old iPhone and new iMac (and old iMac). Thanks, Pat Terry

I recently saw FF was available for ios. I tried to download it, but my iphone is only on ios 12.5.5, with no further updates to higher numbers, and FF now only seems to support 13+ But I see numerous older references to support for 12. Where do I find it?

Hi. I love firefox and have been using the app for the last 5 years.. I generally use the same firefox account on all my devices (laptop, android and iOS) and love the pocket recommendations on the homepage. I tried enabling it on my iOS device (iPhone 13 pro) but it’s not showing even when it’s turned on!! I reinstalled the app several times and enabled it to see if that fixes the issue but it’s still not resolved. Kindly help me with this because one of the main reasons why I’m using firefox is because of the pocket recommendations!!

I am using Firefox for iOS.

I am trying to delete website data and the “show more” option only allows me to choose one site. I have to continue to click on show more to choose more website data to delete.

When I do not use the “show more” option, I can only delete about 10 at a time. If I choose not to delete a website, then it will remain as part of the ten options. For example, if I choose not to delete 3 websites, then every time it loads new data, I really only have 7 to delete (because I want to keep the first 3). It takes forever to get through all of the website data listed.

If the “show more” drop down list would stay visible after choosing a website, it would go a lot faster.

I don’t want to delete everything. Isn’t there a faster way to do this?

Does Firefox have an app, setting, or a different browser than Firefox in Private Browsing mode that allows me not to be tracked and having no or minimal ads while surfing? Firefox in Private Browsing mode has too many ads taking up a lot of space on my smartphone’s screen. I don’t want to have loads of cookies, and web caches after surfing, and don’t want to have to delete unknown cookies on my phone. I have tried Duck Duck Go, Safari with Adguard, Ghostery, Firefox in Private Browsing mode, etc on my iPhone, but still have tons of cookies and web caches, plus unknown cookies on the phone web history.
