I cannot seem to get sync to sync my passwords/logins to my IOS phone. I have relogged in 5 times and resynced even more times! I even logged out of all devices and logged back in. Issue has been reoccuring for past 4 months.

Every now and then the screen if my phone gets blank and regains it's gorm may be it seems some overlapping issues through system interventions as I could see a shared browser is present in my phone of wch I am not aware off. So I would request Mozilla to activate only the Mobile data as I am not connected with any wi-fi connection to my internet services so see to that no number is linked or overlapped especially the organisational ones Regards & Gratitude K S KRISHNANANDA PRABHU

When using Apple keychain or Bitwarden, Firefox does not prompt to auto fill the email field in most login situations. In order to get the auto fill prompt to show up, I have to manually type the username/email on the first screen. Then once I submit that Firefox sometimes triggers the auto fill from Bitwarden for the second password screen. An example log in is Google. Username and passwords are not “all in one.” So Firefox won’t fill my email.

I submitted this feedback in the App Store, and was told to explain more here. This is a dealbreaker for me. With RSI I can’t afford to type extra.

Firefox has been an excellent browser on my new S22; however, I've observed a notable decline in my battery percentage lately. It seems to be dropping rapidly, and each time I check, it's lower. This is confirmed by the battery settings menu, which displays an unusually high amount of usage, even though I primarily use Firefox for general browsing and make sure to close background tabs. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or found a solution in iphone? Any insights would be appreciated.

Hi. When I download and use this app, it enables location services by default, and when I turn it off it tells me that doing so may negatively affect the app's function. I was told FireFox was the best browser for privacy, but it makes me share my location with the app by default? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Whenever i stream any kind of videos the bar on the top and bottom appears i want them to disappear so i can focus on my video only. Even if the bottom bar disappears the top bar still remains unchanged .

Firefox mobile sometimes zooms in without able to zoom out on all sites. Seems to only happen whenever the samsung app store updates it. for context, i downloaded firefox through google play store but the samsung store for some reason updates the app every now and then. It happened twice so far, and reinstalling it on the play store seems to fix it

Firefox for Android has issues playing back YouTube video through my car stereo and some other types of speakers. Specifically, it works fine with my headphones but not through my car.

Chrome, YouTube app, and other browsers don't have this issue and my car is fine otherwise. I've had this issue on 3 different phones from 2 different manufacturers on multiple versions of Firefox for years and the issue comes and goes with updates but it has been an issue for the past few months now, so I know it's Firefox and not Android or my phones.

When I close a tab right before closing the app, it will be back when I return. the only way to prevent it is to load a different tab between closing the previous one and closing the app.

hi team, i think there is something wrong with firefox's battery utilisation. as shown in my screenshots above, i dont use browser much day to day but the battery usage is ridiculous compared to youtube etc.

1. i started noticing huge battery consumption on 29th jan when i decided to check my battery utilisation just for fun. realised it has been happening all the time. 2. i then put firefox into deep sleep when not in use to restrict background usage on 30th jan thinking it will help. 3. woke up on 31st jan (today) with firefox still running in the background when im asleep despite putting it into deep sleep and now having to force stop whenever i use firefox (which is not sustainable)

please advice/fix this issue if possible. for context, im using the s24 ultra.

Firefox has been a great browser on my new S22 however I have noticed recently that it has been dropping my battery percentage extremely fast, and I notice its lower almost every minute I check. When I’m on Mozilla, if I minimize the tab I’m on or close it out lighter when I reopen. It automatically opens a new tab instead of opening where I left off how do I correct this?

When i try and load a website, I get this message. I don't know why. Doesn't happen with other browsers. I haven't loaded anything new on Mozilla or my computer. No other issues on my computer, I have a new iMac.

It seems that this issue has been reported to Support in the past, in 2020 an in 2017. But the solutions do not apply to today. My Mozilla is updated and I feel my only recourse is to stop using Firefox. After 8 years using Firefox as my browser, I am sad to see it go.

If there is any support out there, I would truly appreciate it.

I can't get Firefox to autofill credit card information on any pages in Firefox IOS. I have a valid credit card saved, and I have autofill toggled on, but it has never worked. I don't get a prompt to autofill or anything. Any suggestions as to how to solve this? Thanks!

If I hit reply to an email the window that opens for me to type in the reply message is pinned in place on my desktop---and I can't move it as I can all other windows including the original email. This blocks everything under the reply window. Any ideas on what I should do? Already deleted and reloaded the email app ken

I tried to update Firefox tonight to the latest version and I got a message telling me that it couldn't install the update so I cleared the database and cache and restarted my phone and when that didn't work, I uninstalled the Firefox app and now it says it can't download the app so I'm without Firefox until I can get this fixed.
