I can/should & or need to use like Google or one of the other ones. Is this correct? I'm not very tech savvy. Oh, I wanted to let you know, I have my android phone S24 that I use, but I also have 2 laptops. One is an IOS 11 and the other one is an IOS 10. Does that make a difference?

But there is no Sync icon (see attachment) on the phone(android 14). On the laptop if I click on dd another Device it just takes me back to the same instructions.
