Hello there! I have an issue with the context menu, which appears on selecting a word on any web site (you can see it on the screenshot attached one after another as it appears)

The context menu is too long, and most frequent options like copy text are in the end (I should switch it many times to copy anything, it appears only on the third tap, and some weird functions like search in Edge appears before the really useful ones). How could it be fixed?

Firefox keeps opening up external apps when I do not want them to be opened. It opens the link in the browser AND in the app, which makes it insultingly frustrating when I eventually go to close the tabs in the browser because every time I try to close the tabs, the external app reopens!

I made my account and signed in, but now Im stuck on the firefox account and help page, if I exit so I can browse, it logs me out and asks me to sign in again. why can't I browse?

For some reason, when I click email links on my new Android, they open in non-private mode, and I have to clear the history when I leave those sites.

Please provide instructions for automatically opening email links in private mode.

I have Firefox on my desktop and iPad and both are synced. I love Firefox on my desktop but, honestly, I have to continue to use Safari on my Ipad because the iOS version of Firefox is nowhere near as good. One of my biggest obstacles to converting to Firefox on my iPad is trying to save bookmarks so I can access them on my desktop. When I bookmark a page on my iPad I cannot find it's location on my desktop. Can you please advise where Firefox places bookmarks that are saved on my iPad. Thanks

Hello Why getting a black mask and purple screen. I did not set private and security is in lower case and cant access. I want the normal screen with history that I can delete myself. Not sure if this is new or update caused this to change.thxs joseph

Hi, I'm having issues with my Google search results page. It used to be very clean looking and mainly only showing the results of whatever I searched. Today though, I searched something and now the Google results are first showing Reddit answers, what others have asked, discussions and forums, what others have searched, short videos, etc. I have to scroll really far down just to get some normal search results. How can I fix this? Call me old school but I want the classic version back. Please help, I don't want to switch browsers. I've been using Firefox nearly since it's launch, since StumbleUpon days. When you clear browsing history why does it only clear the web site and not Cache & Cookies? I used to use Chrome, when you clear browsing history you also have the option to clear cache & cookies. Why doesn't FireFox do this? Also how do you find site ti clear cookies & Cache Thanks

I can't play or see any tik tok video that is embedded in another website, I tried with origin disabled, with tracking disabled and it just doesn't loads.

It just looks like is loading but never loads, in Chrome and Firefox for desktop works fine. This happens since a long time and it's getting frustrating...

Firefox began to act very slow on my Pixel phone. I have worked on the issue the last two days. I called Norton and ran my Norton scanner several times; I am told my phone is using toouch memory from Norton yet I have no virus. I disabled Google and the phone is better. There is a problem with the Google update that Google is either not acknowledging or does not know how to fix. I re-installed Firefox. Now I can go to the Yahoo.com website. When I click to login into Yahoo mail the webpage crashes and reads that Mozilla cannot open this page. I have never had this problem before. I am able to open the login page using the Chrome browser. I wonder if there is a default security setting from when I re-installed Firefox that I should deselect? I seem to be able to use all other parts of Firefox. I clicked on the button to send Mozilla the crash reports information. Thank you for helping me.

I've been trying to install .xpi files for Firefox on Android 12 with little success. Every file manager I've tried doesn't give me the option to open .xpi files with Firefox and my device isn't rooted so I can't access the full file system.

Are there any articles/suggestions? I've always wanted extensions on mobile but never been able to install.
