Hi, I'm trying to clear my cache and site data (in order to update my gmail signature), and each time I clear selected sites - namely gmail which had hundreds of thousands of GB cached - it just comes back. After tyring this 4-5 times, Youtube started having hundred of thousands of GB cached too!! So now, despite managing data an clearing these repeatedly, there's more than when I started. I think I'm stuck in a loop somewhere, please help! thanks in advance

Firefox is adding +1 before 7-digit phone numbers. There are two things wrong with this. The + sign is only appropriate for cell phones and some websites will not accept phone numbers with the prefix as valid. When will this be fixed?

Hi, I've been a Firefox user for many years and don't have the slidest idea of what password I used to setup the account. I read in the Firefox documentation that I could loose all my information if I change my email but that's exactly what I need to do. I currently use gmail and have switched to Outlook. Two questions, how do I change to Outlook without loosing bookmarks, etc. and can I import my gmail accounts into Outlook. Thank you in advance. PS, I created a Recovery Key

When i am loading my proxy into the multi container app i get a message that reads "please enter valid url link" do i need to enter an actual link or just the proxy numbers and port? I reached out to my proxy provider and they do not provide an actual link to the proxies.

I travel for work and often stay at IHG properties (Holiday Inn, etc.). I have Firefox as my default browser; version 99.0. I cannot login to their wifi using Firefox; I have to copy the address and paste it into Google Chrome and after confirming my information I am able to browse normally until the next day; It must reset at some point.

I registered a Yubico security key on Firefox. It crashed, so I sent it back for a refund. I bought another model, but do not want to use it. Websites continue to ask me the security key password and asks me to touch the security. I only used that key one time before it crashed. I can find no place to turn it off for Mozilla apps. Can you reset my account? How do I get websites that have skimpy security to stop asking for a Yubico security and they tell me Firefox requires it. I canceled one facebook account because they have very little security, but the one I used with the Yubico key one time will not let me login. The FB routines to recover a frozen account don't work. Well, the subject should be self-explanatory. But i need help in creating a Firefox account. Keep in mind that I am not eligible for Google Play because I use a PC.

Is there a way to check the settings on a page in firefox so we can inform our users if their PDF settings are changed?

We have set the PDF option to 'always ask' - but this (as everyone knows) keeps changing. Multiple posts outline that they change when a new version is installed.

When this happens, and a PDF is downloaded instead of being prompted with the pop-up, our users call requesting support. this would be nice if we had a couple users, but when you have hundreds, it causes support issues.

If there were a way to check the setting on the page, and inform the user that the setting is not correct, it would be helpful.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

I love screenshot by Mozilla. However, recently in the last few months (not sure) when the change happened, the timezone (stamp) at the end of the screenshot is NOT based on the "local" PC that is using it. I am in EST but it shows a different time zone which creates a problem. Since Mozilla Online is China based entity, I believe it is showing their timezone. I checked the settings and I could not find where to change the timezone to local time. This is key for many users as we need a "correct" local timezone.

Previous versions had this feature (automatically) and I did not have to set it up. Can we have the option to change the timezone please? Thanks.
