While I was browsing an open tab I moved my cursor over to the Bookmarks icon and the cursor automatically enlarged itself. I expect the cursor to remain at its normal size when I hover over the bookmarks icon but instead it became larger. I cannot reproduce the error unfortunately.

When I start my computer I get the following error message: Firefox cannot access C\Program FilesFF\windowsapps\Microsoft windows.cross device_1.24012.0x64_cwsn1...

I'm having this insanely irritating bug where when I have my DAW software, specifically FL Studio, open at the same time as Firefox, and I try to pull up any sort of video or content, whether that be Youtube, Twitch, Dropbox or Google Drive files, or even videos just being queued up by Twitter or Reddit in the background, there'll be a chance that Firefox sort of "crashes," and goes all white (or grey with the default theme) for up to dozens of seconds, and forces the video to reload, or it just breaks the player.

​I need to be able to use my browser and my DAW at the same time to preview and drag files into it, and to work with video, so closing one or the other isn't an option. I've tried everything short of a drive wipe and OS reinstall; I've tried making a new profile, disabling extensions, disabling hardware acceleration, the troubleshoot mode, and even a complete wipe and reinstall of both Firefox and FL Studio. Nothing has worked.

​Has anyone else had that issue and hopefully been able to fix it? Or does anyone know any way to alleviate this? Thank you!

​I'm using Windows 11 Pro on a Framework 13 with an AMD 7840U with all the latest updates and drivers, and can provide specifics if needed.

When I visit new website, browser shows prompt :Add to home screen, it is so irritating, I hope firefox team will look in to it,when user need, user will add website to home screen, there is no need for it.

PDF has a thumb nail picture for first page, rest of the doc is A4. Firefox uses this thumb nail size for entire document so I get a very tiny print of each page regardless of print options used. The pages display correctly in read/view mode.

Three other PDF viewers (Edge, Libre office and a pdf viewer) display and print correctly.

Anyone know of fix (beside use other browsers)?

I am using Mozilla Firefox for accessing google map from Excel macro.

but since i changed my pc, i witness following error: On clicking this macro, I can see firefox shows expected link in address bar. But after 2-3 second it brings me back to my home location. Please guide me in this regard

Every time I quit FF, FF crashes, or my Mac crashes, my bookmarks either disappear entirely, or the toolbar bookmarks and/or my "Other Bookmarks" folder disappear while leaving my main "Bookmarks Menu" bookmarks. When I tried to restore from json backups, I discovered that my last one seems to be from last October. So I used Time Machine to restore my FF user profile from March 1. This works, but then I go through the cycle I just described above again ... and again. New backups of my Mac do not hold onto the bookmarks when I restore FF user profiles made after March 1.

When I try to manually back up my bookmarks or export my bookmarks to an HTML file from inside the "Manage Bookmarks" window, everything seems to work, but then when I go looking for the file I supposedly created (e.g. bookmarks-2024-03-04.json), no such file exists in the location where I saved it and searching for a file with "bookmarks" in its name yields only bookmarks from other browsers and the old bookmark backups from last October and earlier.

G'day, I have more than one email accounts. I use gmail for most of my email, but I am now subscribed to ProtonMail for important mail, as well as for secure email. ProtonMail also gives me the ability to send, and receive encrypted email between family, friends and others who can receive and send encrypted email. Then from within gmail, I have multiple accounts for different uses, such as regular email, email from eBay, different devices etc... Looking around the relay add-on, I can't find any settings or mention of multiple accounts. It just looks like it only works with the main account.

Is this possible? Maybe on the pro version? If it's not currently possible, can I request that feature in a future version?

In a recent Firefox browser update, my ability to reference my home router by name via the Windows HOSTS file stopped. I can ping the router by name from a CMD window just fine but keying the name into Firefox now fails. Images show the two forms of failure - a 500 Error when DNS over HTTPS is enabled; a 'having problems' error with suggestion of www..com alternative when DNS over HTTPS is disabled. Neither is the least bit helpful.

I can't imagine what changed and I can't find a prior support response that gives any clear ideas.

I continued reading on FireFox, and found that there is a "Refresh" procedure that might work, AND IT WORKED!

I don't know how you can help. I really really really hate hunting for things that were there in previous years. I do not like full screen lay over that mozilla has taken to doing, if it doesn't stop i will have to remove it. I want to see my tabs, I want mozilla to stop playing with my settings and logging me out when I am idle or on my phone. There are people with the same problem but its all techy talk and i don't understand and its playing with my time to constantly search or resign in. I don't need microsoft anything, hate it, don't use cloud, don't use chrome... so do we have an issue? one more thing... I absolutely hate with a passion of terminator any fucking ai garbage and bots. would sooner smash devices and take out a fire arm to shoot any robots. Hope that makes it clear. I have anxiety issues, so swearing is an issue, get used to it especially if artifical nonsence is involved. I try very hard not to swear at people. Ai is a different matter. I have norton antivirus.

Hello everyone, My browser opens with two small pop-ups that pops and closes immediately right before the actual firefox window shows up. I have noticed that some time ago and I'm pretty sure this wasn't happening before. I didn't do any updates or add on's (firefox or windows). What could be causing this? Could it be a virus infections? Windows Defender scanner doesn't find any threats. Thanks for any tips and help.
