I've just downloaded the latest Firefox version and it won't load my Cornell email - adfs.ad.cornell.edu. I'm using a Macbook Pro. I can download the website on my iPhone.How do I get my email back?

Google maps displays multiple place names

It is only in Firefox that this happens. Android and Opera are both fine. For example the city name appears several time over the map, and likewise so do suburb names. See attached screen grab. Is there a setting that I have missed?

Restore profile

FF would start to load but never completely finish so I forgot & stupidly did the troubleshooting mode or w/e that put me back to default so LOST all my settings, etc… (read more)

FF would start to load but never completely finish so I forgot & stupidly did the troubleshooting mode or w/e that put me back to default so LOST all my settings, etc.. Strangely it's back "close" to normal except I was using Passbrow which the icon shows on toolbar but greyed out & I can't get it to turn back on. I have the "Old FF Data" folder but following the steps it doesn't show where profile is stored for me to be able to copy the old data TO. IF I can restore the old profile hopefully that would get it back working ALL as it was...but HOW??

Maybe a gun to the computer would be the best way to eliminate the Firefox problems -- seems that way. Then on my new computer I can STAY AWAY FROM EVERYTHING FIREFOX OR MOZILLA. STUPID WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS -- Oh, maybe that's my problem. I am NOT A CUSTOMER cause I don't pay you.

We are all just stupid flunkies to stay with such a dumb set up for so long (like the beginning of time).

My discord time has been broken and I've asked the discord support but they said to ask here if there's any issues with firefox itself. I've closed and reopened the page multiple times, used a vpn, cleared cache and cookies, and even tried and restarted my computer but the issue persists. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Edit: this issue only exists within firefox, not with any other browsers nor the app.

Anyone? Huh, No? Then I guess I am 100% correct in shooting the damned thing and going off the grid to never deal with Mozilla again. Hope you all get fire-ants in your pants!

I'm developing a PHP Symfony based website powered by nginx-full 1.18.0-6ubuntu14.4, one of the functions is to allow people to download a PDF invoice.

When it fails Firefox shows an alert "Downloading (Failed) The browser application closed unexpectedly."

On my linux desktop; when I use Chromium 114.0.5735.198 this functions works 100% of the time. when I use Firefox 114.0.2 (64-bit) the PDF download only works ONCE after that the download never completes and I'm left with a partial/corrupted 75.7KiB file named filename.Br-neZWO.pdf.part etc.

I have discovered that if I clear the firefox cache I can perform one successful download again. or I can restart Nginx and again Firefox will perform one successful download again.

I've tried altering many Nginx settings, cache, gzip, sendfile etc with no effect. It might be Nginx related but it does not effect Chrome at all which is why I've started this ticket.

Any help in debugging this would be greatly appreciated.

Up until 2 weeks ago (so middle of June 2023) I had no issues with Firefox. However, since then I cannot open any 'GoogleAds' suggestions/links when searching products etc on my Acer Aspire Laptop (2023)?

I have Windows 11, Google is my nominated browser and my antivirus program is the same as when it was working OK.etc?

Non GoodleAds links, seem to work fine

As I don't know the exact date accessing the links/suggestions stopped working, I have no idea as to whether any Windows update has caused the issue with Firefox?

I can find my way round a computer, but I am not computer technically minded.

Any help would be appreciated as I am disabled and bedridden, so the internet is my key to the world.

Two issues:

1. History is truncated, does not show all history even though Custom Settings set to remember. One google post said to 'delete all history upon closure' ... There are many, many posts from users having same issue.

2. Whatever history is being recorded is no longer simply a list (Ctrl-H) but is sorted into Today, Last Week etc. which is both annoying and makes searching for previously located site impossible unless you know WHEN you visited (unlikely).

Why was the changed? And why don't you change it back so when I select History, Show All History from task bar, Firefox would do just that?
