Since the update before the most recent one, web pages of major sites are not loading properly in Firefox on Mac laptop. Cannot load Hulu, MSN News, Booking.com, but they work fine on Chrome. I've used Firefox since its inception and I hate using Chrome, but it looks like I am going to have to, as I cannot get any response or support from Firefox. Is there any hope at all or should I just get used to Chrome? This is my second post--I attached screen shots to the first one, but no response, so I'm thinking they have no fix.

at the very top of firefox browser are 3 rows...the highest row is the list of open tabs.....the middle row is the address bar itself with various icons....the lowest row which is the third row begins with 'import bookmarks' 'getting started' and then various website suggestions.

that 3rd row takes up space and has no useful functionality for me .....i've tried changing the settings but i can't alter it... is there a harmless way to eliminate that third row? thanks

Asked earlier about deleting and doing a reinstall. Would that mean losing bookmarks, profile etc.? I have backed those up and would like to know if anything else might be required.

YoutubeTV is suddenly not working on Firefox, fine elsewhere ... they suggest doing complete reinstall.

I created a loading progress bar for Firefox which uses JavaScript to show how much of the current page is loaded at the bottom of the address bar.

Is there any way I can automate running JavaScript at the opening of a window? Like how we can change the appearance in userChrome.css?

Currently I'm copy pasting the script to console at the start of every window.

With the most recent update when entering the Facebook ads manager (including browsing with troubleshooting mode) it happens that the interface of this platform to schedule ads does not load.

This before the update worked perfectly and therefore; notified them.

• I had to do it using Google Chrome.

• The yellow highlighted areas are where the interface should appear.

I've seen in many places that cmd+` should allow me to switch between windows within an app on Mac. For me, it only works in Safari and other native Mac apps. It does not work in Firefox. I have the latest Mac OS and the latest version of Firefox. Is there a solution to this? I would LOVE for this shortcut to work, since I'm also a Windows user and it's the closest thing to the Windows window-switching shortcut.

How do I disable autofill for websites when I have maintenance done on the computer. I am concerned that the feature provides access to banks, credit cards, etc, to the technician.

I am transferring to a new laptop and do not remember my Firefox password but I have access to my profile . I do not want to lose all my history , bookmarks and saved password. Any ideas ? Thanks for your help

I no longer have the bookmark icon available on the tool bar. ALL bookmarks have vanished. Tried using tips to restore with no success. Also have lost all saved passwords. Not getting anywhere to solving this

For over a year when i go to download something it defaults to the downloads folder instead of asking me where I wasnt to download. I'm about fed up with FF. it's been a great 10 years but this issue along with 80% of my sites not loading or working will lead to me jumping ship. Please help!

I'm currently working on building a website, and while testing several of the front end parameters I'm just hitting a wall with firefox incognito's ability to clear the cache.

After I clear the cache, it's obvious that it's worked on the regular browser, but no matter how many times I clear it, how long I wait (this has been a 2 day ordeal), or how much of the history, cookies, cache, etc that I clear, the private browser information will not clear. Closing all windows, restarting the computer doesn't work.

I've changed aspects to a form and other aspects to a particular page, and am in the middle of doing a conflict test so every one of my plugins are off so the site looks 100% different on the main browser, but the private browser is stuck in the past.

Thoughts?

My menus dispaly in a verticle fashion (should be horizontal) It does not do this in other browsers. Any suggestions.

I never actually sign in to my account, but I use Firefox all the time. Recently I tried to save something to my pocket for the first time and it required me to sign in. I tried to change the profile information but it sent a code to my old email that no longer exists. Do I need to delete Firefox and reinstall a clean copy under a new account?

Problem logging into several sites with Firefox but no problem with Chrome or Edge. Firefox is and has been my browser of chose forever and I really need a fix for this
