I am using a Banking website to look at Balances and such. All working OK with Login, View, Edit. When I open a specific window I get a Technical error.

Sorry! We're unable to find the page you were looking for due to a technical problem

The window is a secondary page that allows me to view, edit my future payments. It was working until about 3 versions of FireFox. The Bank tells me that the problem is not at their end but at mine and they suggest it seems to be a block of the secondary window. I have tried to adjust HTTP and HTTPS all to no effect. Is their some debug log I can send to help with the issue to get a solution?

I want to import everything from avast secure browser, but ASB does not show in the browsers option. Is there a roundabout way to import everything(passwords, bookmarks etc)?

Today firefox prompted me to "refresh" itself. After doing so, the icon is now blank and won't open saying it's damaged or incomplete. I restarted my mac to see if it might come back, but I continue to get the same error message that firefox is damaged or incomplete.

I downloaded firefox again, but didn't replace the original one on my computer and while it works. I've lost ALL my bookmarks. I waded through ways to get them back but don't believe I ever made a manual copy of my bookmarks.

Is there any way to restore them? I hadn't used a firefox account before either but just made one today.

Struggling with bookmarks

Why can i not set history to delete after 30 days? It appears the only option is an add-on which Firefox warns might not be safe. This is a security issue and Firefox is supposed to be good for security, but I can find no setting that will allow me to clear page history older than X days (30 days is my company document control policy). Even IE has this feature.

On my old Desktop with Windows10, I created and saved my bookmarks as backup *.json file on my backup drive. How do I copy this backup to Firefox on my new Desktop with Windows11? When I installed Firefox on my new Desktop, I don't see any way to access bookmarks (because I haven't copied the *.ison file??)

I am using Mozilla Firefox, ver. 102.0.1, 46 bit, snap for Ubuntu 22.04. I have two issues with saving files in Mozilla.

First, when I try to save a pdf using the CTRL+S key, it open multiple (~100) instances of save dialogue box. Initially I thought my computer got freezed, since pressing the save key didn't had any effect. I tried to move it using the CTRL+SPACE key -> Move option, and then I realized there are many such save dialogue box are open. How to rectify its behavior?

Second, it downloads the file only in system created folder (e.g. ~\Download, ~\Document, ~\Pictures, etc) and not other user created folders (e.g ~\Dropbox, etc.). The dialogue box for saving file closes without giving any warning/error message. When I check the file it is not downloaded (in user created folders). Can there be any permission issue?

I have already reinstalled the Mozilla once!

Hi over past maybe week I've been getting this weird bug where after I've started up my PC for the day and I open Firefox for the first time, the window comes up for less than a second and the whole application closes. I then click to open Firefox again and it opens fine and runs normal. I have it to keep my tabs open so on application launch they're there again but everytime it does this I have to ctl shift n to get them back. It sort of behaves as if there was an update where it instantly closes, installs update then reopens but doesn't reopen this time. I checked the about:crashes and nothing there. Thanks.

I am trying to download a file from a website. The file is cricutdesignspace-install-v7.12.153.exe The problem is it will only download as cricutdesignspace-install-v7.12.153 it isn't getting that it is an executable file. Microsoft Edge was able to download the exact file without issue.

It says that I can't open it because my browser does not allow third party cookies.

How do I change my settings so that I can view third party cookies on Firefox?

Hi Team, need your help pretty badly. font size and alignment of the page/gaps in few parts of the web site is too big and the configuration has not applied to entire page. It is not affecting entire website with whatever i make changes in configuration I am keep using firefox for many years now, please help me to fix this.

please refer the snapshot attached to this thread the menu font and mail content font is not matching, mail content is bigger than it expected(zoom out/in and changing font size has different effects for some parts of page)

And I can't open the page that I want, and this sometimes happen and sometimes not, what should I do.

When I save a bookmark I want to choose what folder to save it in, but Firefox doesn't allow me to. How can I set the bookmarks to show the dialog box that lets me decide.
