Hi, recently I have been struggling with this "fetch failed" error. Whenever I enter Thunderbird program I receive this notification, I probably don't receive all mails sent to me. Please let me know what can I do with problem "MARKER:c6oc..." (the rest is everytime different), I was supposed to recieve this week very important to me mail.

I have a newly set up VDI on my computer that works fine. But When I try to connect my Hosted VDI through my Firefox, It says unable to connect. Can someone help me with why it is happening? Any help would be appreciated.

My computer broke down a few months ago and when I put Thunderbird onto my new one, it only retrieved my mails from 2021 when actually they went back to about 2013. I now have another computer and I wondered if, when I install Thunderbird on this one, is there any way I can retrieve my early inbox and sent items and if possible my drafts?

Does Firefox save a backup copy of things like address book and archives? It so, where and what are the file names? How do I prevent future updates from removing important data? HELP!

My hard drive had to be replaced and now I cannot recover my Thunderbird Email. Keeps asking for a password but won't accept it. Asks for password for "mobile.charter.net" I think I have totally screwed up all the settings in trying to find a solution. I checked with my internet provider but no help. I recently changed my B.T. internet package because I couldn't afford the high costs anymore and now I've not been able to do anything on Thunderbird emails since 13 September. It's the 20th today. As an O.A.P. I don't really understand all the jargon connected with computers.

I have Firefox 50.1.0 on openSUSE 13.1 Linux (KDE desktop). This is the last update from openSUSE, but is now deprecated by some websites. I am reluctant to download a recent Firefox version without knowing in advance that it will work under SUSE 13.1. I am familiar with 13.1 and reluctant to update that, merely to run a new version of Firefox, as it will create complications with my multi-boot system, which includes a MSDOS 6 partition for legacy software (it took me ages to get GRUB configured to load that reliably and I'm not sure I could do it again).

Please advise what is the latest version of Firefox that will run under my elderly version of Linux and how to obtain and install it (I am not an expert Linux command line user). I am using Firefox 106.0.3 under Windows 7 to send this to you (multi-boot system), because I could not sign up with 50.1.0.

I closed my browser and a "new version" of Firefox was installed. MY ENTIRE HISTORY WAS ERASED!!! I CANNOT "RESTORE PREVIOUS SESSION".... I AM N O T HAPPY! WHY WOULD YOU DO A THING LIKE THIS? GET MY PREVIOUS SESSION BACK AND ALL MY HISTORY! THERE ARE OTHER BROWSERS.... I HAVE USED FIREFOX FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY ENRAGED! WHY DON'T YOU ASK US IF WE EVEN WANT AND "UPGRADE"! PLEASE RESPOND!

My gmail account function in Google workspace will be disabled in the No Cost Plan for google workspace. What will happen to the emails that were already imported to Thunderbird? Can I still open them? reply via thundersbird?

I've had my e-mail set-up on our pc for many years. I also now a laptop and was hoping I could access my e-mail from both, like not have them open at the same time but if I'm in the kitchen on the laptop or in the spare room when on the pc. I installed Thunderbird on the laptop, but I get this message: Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, user name or password.

Is is not possible to have it set up on 2 computers? If it is, can someone help please? I apologize, I'm older and pretty technology challenged :(. So if they could put instructions in an e-mail it would be greatly appreciated!! Not a big emergency.

Just before protection against ads expired, the icon's "X" went black. Now that I've renewed, it has not changed the "X" on the shield to white indicating renewal.

I have switched ISP providers, going from Primus to Bell. On my Thunderbird, Primus was POP. Bell is IMAP. When I discontinue my billing service with Primus, do I risk losing the hundreds of folders and the emails and valuable information they contain? If this risk exists, is it avoidable and how would I go about this? Basically, I'd like to be able to see the folders and mail boxes created under the Primus account in Thunderbird, and when I discontinue the Primus service be able to see and have access to those folders etc., when using Bell. Thanks to anyone and everyone who may respond to this call for help.
