Just this week I can no longer access email via Thunderbird. My ISP (CenturyLink) warns that my account is being "processed" and please stand by. This has persisted for several days, with no change. I have twice contacted CenturyLink (Help Chat) - They tell me everything is fine on their end, and that I need to follow up with Mozilla. So, here I am. Any ideas for a fix? Many thanks for your help!
