i opened firefox (v.95) and tried opening up my email and found that all my saved passwords were gone from firefox on my computer. it said i should crate a firefox account to get my logins back so i did and i still could not access any of my web logins. so i searched the help pages. opened up my profile n made a backup of my key3, key4, n loginjson files, downloaded v.91 firefox esr and copied my key3 file into a new profile.

so i still dont have my web logins ... n now i have an outdated version of firefox with none of my bookmarks either. im sick of troubleshooting n my wifi is almost out for the month.

how do i get my web logins and bookmarks back so i dont have to spend hundreds of hours recreating them?

We have a AJAX uploader (Cutewebui) in our site. It was working fine for smaller and larger files. But after upgrading firefox version to 100, it is not working. It is giving error 'html5: the upload task is interrupted'.

For older versions it is working fine.

Please help us to resolve it.

I have an older Macbook Air that runs on OX Capitan which is not compatible with the latest version of Firefox. I have been a long time user of Firefox and have an account. moz back up says my profile is corrupted. my emall works in every way, but when try to use moz back u to make a back up it says my profile is corrupted . Can someone tell me how to fix this ? Or can someone tell what I can do that is better ?HELP!!!!!!!!

For years I have been using Firefox. If I clicked on a hyperlink in any of my programs, Outlook messages, websites etc, Firefox opened a new tab. That behaviour has suddenly stopped for websites including this one occasionally. It seems to still work for Outlook. Has Firefox changed its policy?

The advice on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1283295 is to edit browser.link.open_newwindow (3) 1:current tab; 2:new window; 3:new tab; But that is already set to 3.

What other settings might work? And why has this been changed?

I had to reset my computer.

I had Firefox sync on it and in the past all I’ve had to do is login and it restores history bookmarks and setting when I install it on a new or reset device

It’s not doing it this time, any advice?

Hi there! Well, another company told my business partner that their product does not like Firefox so we should use Chrome and maybe Edge. First, that is a crock, but seems to be a standard answer from anyone in the business world, sadly. I would not trust Edge or Chrome, especially those two, if they were the last platforms on earth. So, help pretty please?

Is there a setting that we can use that will assist in using RSMeans Online Version so it will work more effectively? Whenever we get an error message or it just won't open, they blame it on Firefox.

I'm unable to open "t.co" links from Twitter on Firefox. I tried both in app browser from Twitter's feed and pasting the link directly into Firefox but can't get it to work. Links work normally on another browser.

I am trying to create a new Firefox account with it's own email to be separate from this Firefox account I am posting from. However, every time I try to follow the "sign up" buttons I get redirected to the login page where I enter what I want as the new account info and receive a "Primary email account required for sign in" The email I'm trying to use for my new account is NOT registered with Firefox and I am using a freshly installed version of the browser on a new PC so no extensions are interfering.

I feel like this would be a better approach to adblockinv on Firefox Focus. I love this browser but it's built-in adblocker will often block important elements by mistake, or leave out certain things. Ublock Origin is a very powerful and memory effecient adblocker already part of the main Android app. It's more intuitive to use, has lists which are constantly updated and it can block elements with an element picker. I'm suggesting for it to be used instead as I think it'd be a much better approach to adblocking on Firefox Focus. What do you think?

Can't get a login page to load on Synchrony Bank for Amazon Credit Card since update. Using Google Chrome to get into my account. Called Synchrony, they say it's Firefox since update. Can't call anyone at Firefox, no phone numbers available nor do they provide an email address, not right. How do I get someone at Firefox to fix this problem?

Hi, every time i upload csv file to run in local outbox, it sends email on the basis of time . Is there anyway to sort emails by correspondent name and send it accordingly.

Is there anyway to reset the dates or remove the dates from drafts. i have multiple emails to send, and for some reason , I would like to either give same date/time to the selected emails or completely remove it.

Recent update 91.9.1 (32-bit) has seemingly removed "insert link" function. It is no longer in the pull down menu, nor does CTRL+K respond with the entry box for placing a hyperlink in the message.

This has been working fine for me for many years, I know how to do it, so no elementary instructions are necessary. The function is gone, and no way to invoke it.

Windows 10.0.10944; yes, I know I am on a 64-bit platform but the 32-bit version has been running very reliably .. since forever.

I tried printing in FIREFOX while using PDF and receipts from Amazon and HP. each time the fonts are HUGE, but not if I use Chrome or Edge. Tried your suggestions and that didn't help. I see another user has had the same exact issue with no avail. I'd really like to get this issued fixed. I like FIREFOX and want to use it whenever possible, but being unable to print makes it a problem. I would appreciate a real solution. Thank you in advance, Alan.
