I'm trying to access a video on meethook.live. I did so in 2021 using the Firefox browser, but for some reason, it won't work anymore. The kind people at Meethook.live suggested using Chrome or Safari, but I don't want to use either of those browsers. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to change any settings to make it work. I tried a few security settings, dropping a few protections I had set up, but that hasn't helped. Can you suggest anything?

Today I can not access my thunderbird email. Must be the Google issue, worked yesterday. I have updated to the latest 91.10.0 release and still have the issue. Appears the update that should have updated the settings for this google situation, did not apply. Followed the instructions for possible correction: changed the accept cookies to all copies and always. Do not see a Config Editor under the General Preferences. At least not an area labeled as such. Do not know the status of javascript within my system. Current passwords do not have the oauth preceding any password. What steps should I take to correct this issue and be able to retrieve my emaii? Scrolling in Firefox is causing any webpage to scroll many lines at once with a single click, and it seems to be exclusively happening to Firefox, as every other application scrolls normally. I have tried searching here and elsewhere for a solution, and I have tried to change about:config settings based on the recommendations I could find to no avail. I have also tried to refresh Firefox and have used Troubleshoot Mode, but those too have not worked. I have no clue as to what could have caused this, as I have not been messing with any settings prior to this.

As of this morning, the Firefox browser on my work computer does not get access to any website - including mozilla itself. On the same computer Safari works without problems, on my smartphone and in the same wifi network my mobile Firefox works.

What is wrong?

Updating to version 38.1.0 Start Thunderbird, Starts up OK. Can view messages and write new emails etc OK. If I select "get messages" OR messages are accessed automatically every 5min. then the whole PC crashes. Three finger salute does not bring up task manager. Only way out is to power cycle.

There has been this weird text overlap whenever I use google image search in Firefox Android, I've tried: - Restarting the app - Reinstalling the app - Updating to the latest version (107.2.0)

But still the issue persists.

This only occurs on google image search in Firefox. This doesn't happen in Chrome and not on other search engines inside Firefox.

Any idea what might happen and how to fix this?

I've created the App password on https://account.live.com/proofs/AppPassword In Thunderbird I create a new account and I enter my hotmail.com email and the created password

The password is not accepted.

I search here for help but it seems not to work in the described way

A few weeks back I posted a question regarding not being able to add any add-ons. (I wish there was some way of finding my own previous posts!) Anyway it seems that the Linux versions are broken and it can't be done. AH! but it can! As previously mentioned , the thing hangs at the point where the 'Cancel/Add' dialogue box shows up. Someone suggested using the TAB key to cycle round to the dialogue but that didn't work. BUT ... if you click back to your inbox, THEN the TAB key does work. TAB till you get to the 'Add' button, hit ENTER, and voila, you have added an add-on :-)

I try to install Firefox on a HP Z1 G8 desktop under Windows 11 Pro. The first time I get a warning that a .dll is not available or so (I dont know what this warning is precisely, becaus it pops up for 2 seconds only ) , and firefox is not well installed, reinstalling goes without warning, but still Firefox starts and then stay dead, no sites, no settings. I know the security in this computer is very thight, but other apps install without problem and functions.

Why Firefox cant be installed where other apps can ??????

I got a new Acer laptop with windows 11 (64bit). I downloaded FF but when I open it, it just gives a blank page. If I type in an address nothing happens. I have tried reinstalling but nothing seems to work

The title says it all. Almost always when I create a folder or subfolder I do this because I want to move some messages into it. So it would be great if the action of creating folder would immediately push it into the "Recent" list. It's only a small improvement, of course, but I imagine that would be very easy to implement.

When I load a page the first time, everything loads normally. Then if I refresh the page with CTRL-R, resources on the page (such as .js files) very often (seemingly 75% of the time) only partially load and therefore parse errors occur in the console. To reload a page, I have to hit CTRL-SHIFT-R to bypass cache and then the page loads normally again. I can also just launch the page in a private window (this loads properly), close the window and launch it again in another private window (this loads perfectly still) but it's becoming a chore to juggle with private windows only to reload a page I'm working on. I can see the resources loaded under the NETWORK tab in the console but they don't seem to be available to the page renderer or something.

Is this a bug in v100.0.2 or was I only having a bad weekend and all of this is just a random glitch that will go away soon? I've never had a problem like this with any previous Firefox releases (even v100.0) and I've used FF for approximately 15 years. It immediately began to happen after the v100.0.2 update!

What I have done so far:

- Exit out of Firefox and launch it again. - Rebooted the computer. - Site Information > Clear Cookies & Site Data - Waited 2 days for another FF release in case this was a bug and it rapidly got fixed (no update rolled out since). - Help > More Troubleshooting Information > Clear Startup Cache

Sorry for asking a question so many others have asked but I am having trouble completing fixes that were suggested.

I do project research with over 25+ websites and can't do without my p/words especially, but also my bookmarks. I just reset my PC Win 10 and as you know this operation cleans out everything but OEM apps.

So, I downloaded latest ver. FF but my passwords and bookmarks aren't there which I actually anticipated.

I read many posts and replie s on how to restore from old Firefox date filesbut I just don't get it (about:support, Help > troubleshooting information). I located my old FF profile easily. OK fine, now what? Instructions said to copy profile but to where? And how, exactly? Do I paste it somewhere?

Another "Reply" said to locate "Local Directory, no root", then click Paste and restart Firefox. Where is Local Directory? Is there a FF restart button?
