Hi, Many times my images won't load on Firefox, but they do on Google chrome. I have disabled all my extensions and it still happens. I even went in and explored this option recommended by firefox: browser.display.document_color_use to the Search box. The preference's value should be set to 1 by default.

Please help! This is so frustrating and I love firefox. Here is an example of what I mean: I log on to https://www.tummee.com/yoga/poses/library to see yoga poses and I get all the stuff but the images of a yoga pose; however, google chrome loads the images. This happens on other sites too. I use a Mac and my Firefox is up to date: 121.0 (64-bit).

While I received emails without problem, I can not send any out! This just happened within a day. Is this another of your "updates"??? I have check SMPT and all is good there. I wish you guys would leave well enough alone. Especially this time of the year!

For a couple of weeks now, out of nowhere, links I click from emails sent to me open in new tabs but are blank pages. This includes download links, so I'm unable to see any links or download anything being emailed to me by a number of senders. Weirdly, some senders' links work. I didn't change anything and don't know what to do about this. Please advise if you have a solution, thanks!

I recently noticed that fields on all Web sites I visit have an extra horizontal line at the top of the prompt. Please see attached image. This only happens on Firefox. Other browsers don't have that behavior. How can I restore the normal prompt of a straight vertical line?

i now keep getting a pop up window saying that this profile was last used with a newer version of this application. Please create q new profile. what am I to do?

My Windstream.net account was having problems in that I was not getting email from my windstream.net account even though they were coming to my web email..

I went to settings and didn't understand what I was filling out and ended up setting up a whole new account with the ending of IMAP. I am now getting double messages. I tried to eliminate the second account but can't figure out how to do that. Please advise.

Hi, I have a weird problem, I have 3 systems on my device: windows(10), ubuntu and Arch lately when i was configuring Firefox on fresh arch install I was annoyed that I needed to re-login to every single s...t again. So I thought "Why can I just share the same FF profile between systems" Long story short it didn't work on Arch. I was forced to compile FF from source and now it works... but when I'm logged in on Ubuntu and trying to launch FF from GNU I always see this error. it's working when i point out to profile from the command line with "-p <dir>". but even then when I go to about:profiles and click "launch in new browser" it's still pooping with this error. So Am I doing something wrong or it is just impossible to do this seamlessly? is there a better(correct?) way to achieve the same functionality?

EDIT: I have copied the profile's folder to a separate partition which is auto mounted tried it on Ubuntu (at this time it had been working just fine) and after using it on Arch when I was back on Ubuntu it was displaying this error

Some email listings do not open the correct email text. However, this doesn't apply to all the emails. Sometimes it opens the next or previous email in the list. Other times it can be off by several listings. Also whatever it opens is not a normal listing but has a lot of url links. I haven't seen this before...

When I try to download a file from a a download link from a trusted website it doesn't work. When I click it it just refreshes the page and doesn't download. I'm new to PC so I don't know if its something simple or if I may need to uninstall and reinstall Mozilla. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello, this morning i opened TB as everyday and i found a bad surprise.

My inbox main folder was empty.

I reached the source file following path and a saw that it was a few kilobytes large. My inbox is the same from 2 years, and i'm sure that inbox file exceeds 2GB.

I have to say that my disk is a little damaged, and sometimes TB opened slowly.

How can i recovery my lost db?

I'm trying some recovery software but no one have found this lost file.

What TB has done? It deleted the big file and recreate a new one? But if this is the answer, were did original inbox file go?

I have 5 email addresses on my ISP account, 4 are fine. The other will not send reporting Authtication failure.

I have removed that address from Thunderbird & tried to add it again but the configuration fails.

I can send from the issue address using my ISP's web mail. I know the username & password are correct. It also works fine on my phone.

The problem seems to be Thunderbird.

I have been unable to get Thunderbird Version 115.5.1 to return any text search results. I use the Cmd-K global search bar. No matter what search term I enter, the search results tab remains completely blank. So I cannot perform text searches across folders.

I could always do this in previous versions of Thunderbird.

I have run in troubleshooting mode, dumped a lot of excess email, and re-indexed.

What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Hello support, When starting Thunderbird (v 115.4.1) it crashes after a few seconds even in safe mode with error message "Failed to open curl lib from binary, use libcurl.so instead". DB crash reports have been submitted (see e.g. bp-28dbde9c-184d-4f7b-ae3a-f115b0231121). I reinstalled Thunderbird as well as curl (located in /usr/bin) but the problem remains ! Please advice !
