On my connected devices I had a device I didn't recognise and deleted it. I needed to capture details of the rogue device and unfortunately didn't record the details, in the shock of finding a device connected to my account. Is there anyway to see the history of what devices have been connected or where connected. It for an ongoing investigation of unauthorised access to my laptop.

A "Cloud' swept over my computer and erased all of my data and fire-fox operating system and and operating system. I think all of data is still in my computer but, I can not retrieve it. My banking information was left intacked but all of the accounts were erased.

For some reason I can not understand the search bar in my toolbar has become so small that it is borderline unusable. No amount of removing and replacing it, fiddling with empty spaces, etc. has any effect on it. Furthermore it appears completely normal sized when I'm editing the toolbar. Does anyone have any clue what causes this?

Windows 11 PC using latest Firefox browser.

Suddenly, today, I can no longer sign in to my usual grocery shopping account, which I have been using without problems for many years. Firefox takes me to the home page but, when I try to sign in, the sign in page just keeps reloading and will not allow me to enter a username or password. I have cleared cache, cookies, and browser data, disabled virus/malware detection, turned off Windows fast start, restarted the PC but it makes no difference. I can sign-in using Chrome with no problem at all.

Trying to import saved passwords from an OpenOffice file on Windows 11 but FireFox refuses saying there are incorrect or no column headers.

When I open the file myself there are column headers using UTF-8 ...... must they be in a sequence or something?! Specific headers?

Until a few months ago, I was able to turn off the underlining of URLs in web pages that I create. But within the last few months, all URLs appear as underlined, even in documents where they had NOT been underlined a few months ago. I am using the text-decoration setting to control this aspect. Look at page https://www.w3schools.com/CSS/tryit.asp?filename=trycss_link2 in the Edge browser, and see the "This link changes text-decoration" change between underlined and not as the cursor is moved on and off of that sentence in the middle box. Now look at the above page in latest Firefox. Moving the cursor on and off of the "This link changes text-decoration" sentence causes NO change to that sentence -- it always is underlined.

I refer to the w3schools.com website when I wish to learn about a new-to-me feature, and I have found their site to be accurate in the past.

I have installed Firefox VPN, but it is disabled by default so I have to enable it whenever I use it . How can I change the default setting to make it on by default

I live in Europe, where this stupid age verification law is in effect. I get around this by using a VPN. The problem is that I have two Firefox profiles set up with the same VPN and the same country. The issue occurs on X (formerly Twitter). On one profile, the VPN works as it should and I no longer need to verify my age, but on the other profile, the VPN has no effect and X (Twitter) asks me to verify my age. Yet the VPN is definitely enabled. I’ve cleared the cache and cookies, but nothing helps. It’s driving me crazy. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Pop up notification for an outdated profile/version of firefox when firefox was closed which made the game tab out and I couldn't move until I was able to tab back in. How do I get rid of this and keep my current profile and get it up to date so that I can use the same profile?

Yesterday (August 10) I tried logging into my account on Domini Funds (https://uportal.ultimusfundsolutions.com/app/dominifund/#login). My login worked okay, but only half of the site's menu loaded and none of my account data loaded. There was just a white circle with a blue streak orbiting inside. After 60-90 seconds of this display, I aborted the attempt to access my data.

I tried logging into the site again today after I had been prompted to download and use a new version of Firefox. The same result: log-in was successful, but only a partial menu loaded and none of my account data was loaded. The orbiting blue streak ran for 60 seconds before I gave up and aborted.

I then tried to access the site using an old version of Microsoft Internet Explorer and everything displayed as expected. I had a full menu displayed and I could view and interrogate my account data.

I only visit this site 3-4 times a month. My last visit was on August 1. Everything displayed properly then.

I'm receiving two Ten Tabs to my single email address. If I unsubscribe from one it will also unsubscribe the other since both are sent to the one email. One email sender is firefox_at_mail_mozilla_org_[alpha numeric omitted}@privaterelay.appleid.com, the other sender is firefox@mail.mozilla.org. Is the easiest solution to unsubscribe and then resubcribe?

I am running Firefox version 153.0.1 on a 64bit install of Windows 11.

A few days ago I had to factory reset my computer, including a clean Windows install. Since then, when attempting to access https://vodafone.cz/muj/prihlaseni, I get an Imperva Error 15 "Access Denied" error screen - screenshot attached here. Clicking the Imperva logo on the bottom of the error message leads to https://www.imperva.com/why-am-i-seeing-this-page/?src=23.

I was able to access the site in the past, most recently on July 8, 2026 - this would have been Firefox version 152.0.5.

This error persists in troubleshooting mode but not in private/anonymous (with or without extensions enabled), nor does it appear in Microsoft Edge or Firefox on Adroid.

Clearing cookies and cache did not help - in fact the error first showed up on a clean install of Firefox, when there weren't any cookies or cache stored yet. I've tried different DNS over HTTPS settings and listing the site as an exception in settings, but none of this made a difference. Enabling Firefox's built in VPN also made no difference, regardless of the selected location.

I found a recent post (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1588627) describing a similar issue on a different website and tried the suggestion listed there to try a fresh profile - this seemed to work, but within a couple of minutes of browsing the error message returned. I've even reinstalled Firefox entirely, but this too did not help for long.

Interestingly enough, the error message lists a proxy IP address (not blacked out on the screenshot) despite the fact that I am not using a proxy.

The website provider's tech support claims this is an issue on the user side, not theirs - they have not been able to replicate the issue.

Is there anything I'm missing that would explain why this is happening?

Every time I select Gmail on Firefox page, it requires me to sign in with a code. I have selected 'Strict' for browser privacy and 'Clear history after closing Firefox'... plus a number of other settings. I then get a notice of someone signing into my account each time, as does the person who I use as a backup to my account. I'd like not to go through that each time I access my Gmail account.

As of about last Thursday, I have been unable to access my Isomedia.com SpamTitan01 account. I usually have a trove of spam messages, which I look at and delete, except for the one or two that are real emails. For the last 5 days My Titan vault is empty, though it is trying to retrieve data. My address is [redacted] @pioneernet.net Could it be that a Firefox update is preventing me from access?
