Hi folks, I restarted Firefox today on my Macbook and now the Restore Previous Session option is no longer working. I've tried the Sessionstore fix described here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-restore-browsing-session-backup but it is not doing the trick. I've used it multiple times in the past and it has always worked up until now.

I've since opened a couple of new tabs and then shut Firefox down to see if the Restore Previous Session will bring those particular tabs back. However the Restore previous session remains greyed out. I suspect it may be to do with the latest update to 149.0.2. I downloaded and installed that two days ago, but only restarted this morning so I think the update would have been done then. Are there known issues with this update, and is a fix coming? Microsoft and Google are part of Anthropic's Project Glasswing but Mozilla is not. I am concerned about Firefox security if Mozilla in not being included. What is your plan to participate? Do I need to switch browsers in the meantime? Please advise. Thanks.

my Firefox /Mac OS blocks my NAS in my local network. otherwise I can contact my NAS via Firefox / Ipad OS. Where´s the problem, Firefox kann sich nicht mit dem Server auf 192.168.178.112 verbinden

bold text My prior version of Firefox had a line near the top where commonly used links (e.g., google calendar) could be accessed. My current version no longer has that. Can I recover those links and is there a way of having convenient access to them with the current version?

Running on a Macbook with Tahoe OS. Certain websites will not display my responses to a checkmark box. Certain websites will not permit changing a checkbox default setting. Specific example: https://cards.barclaycardus.com/ has a checkbox with remember user name defaulted to a check. Attempts to click to remove the check do not work. Also, on certain websites when entering login information that is incorrect, the message indicating to correct the item(s) in red or highlighted does not display the incorrect items in a highlighted condition. In fact at the bottom of this page, the response box labeled Email me when someone answers the thread does not display a response when I click on it, even though the "response" is accepted.

QUESTION FOR FACEBOOK AND MAX FIREFOX USERS OS 26.3.1 on MacBook Air. Just called Apple trying to figure out if there is a setting somewhere to allow drag and drop of Photos into Facebook. I can drag and drop Photos into new FB posts, FB Messages, texts, emails etc. But I can't change the Cover or Profile Photo on Facebook by drag and drop. Facebook doesnt seem to have access to any photos but those previously posted. After an hour+ with Apple, checking all the settings o FB, Apple, and Firefox, he thinks it's an issue with Firefox and Facebook. I don't have a similar issue on IOS..IPhone or Ipad. Any thoughts?

I set up Claude to use as my AI assistant in the Firefox sidebar. But, I made a mistake and signed in with my personal email and not my work email (which is attached to a paid Claude account). I cannot find an option to sign out of Claude and then sign back in with a different account. How is this to be done?

I can"t access my individual bookmarks. One day ago, Sunday, April 5, 20226m I was able to access my list of "other bookmarks" and click on whatever I wantded. Today, April 6, 2026 I cant do that

Using cmd-tilde keys on MacBook Pro to change front viewed page no longer works reliably under Tahoe. Any workaround? Also, Firefox sometimes freezes Navigation between programs, and the only way to navigate is to quit Firefox. I'm on Tahoe 26.4 MacBook Pro 2023 M2 Max. Thanks.

In previous versions of Firefox, using an alternative search engine was seamless: I just typed my keywords and clicked the specific search engine icon.

With the current update, the workflow is much longer. Now I have to:

1. Type the keywords 2. Click the dropdown arrow 3. Select the alternative search engine icon 4. Hit Enter

Why was this UX change made? It feels like a step backward.

All of my passwords were deleted from Firefox on my MacBook. I am trying to get everything to sync because the passwords are there on my desktop and they are there on my phone. However when I try to sync from my phone nothing happens. When I try to sync from the macbook it is telling me to go to Firefox on my phone and sign in on my phone. The problem is that I'm already signed in on my phone so it is really difficult to follow the instructions because what it's asking me for I'm not able to do. I'm just trying to figure out how to sync the passwords and get the passwords back in the Firefox on my MacBook.
