How to Add bookmarks to folders in "firefox mobile"

Step 6 is the absolute weirdest way to add bookmarks to folders and it doesn't even work!

"6. Tap a few times the ←arrow at the top of the screen until you return to browsing the web"

The problem is what arrow key?.. All I have is a checkmark on the top right of my screen! I already use bookmarks/folders in my Firefox for Windows so why does this one have to be so abstract, minimalistic and counter intuitive?

My point is that I really don't want to use a mainstream browser from apple or Google and I like everything about Firefox for PC and Android except this is damn folder UI on mobile is the bane of my existence atm.

I've looked everywhere on YouTube, Google, Reddit, and of course Mozilla support. What am I missing? Please send a video or something just to clarify what I'm supposed to do in regards to adding bookmarks to folders.

Need assistance in transferring my firefix android bookmarks from galaxy 22 to galaxy 23. These bookmarks aren't saved anywhere else. These are just for my mobile. Can anyone help? Thank you

Hello A little while ago I noticed that my bookmarks from this accound disappeared. I didn't deleted them. In fact I haven't done anything with them for years. But they are precious to me and I would like to ask if you have copy of them or could you bring them back on my account by any chance? (There were lots of them. I have synced my android tablet to my linux pc, but when i try to open the desktop bookmarks folder, I get a message saying I can't edit default folders. I know it's synced, because when I search bookmarks for a bookmark that I know to be on my pc, it comes up. The problem is that the folder will not open.

I have tried reinstalling. I don't know what else to try.

I have Firefox 118.1.0. I am unable to access file:///data/data/org.mozilla.firefox/files/mozilla/ in the browser's address bar. How would I access this? I wanted the bookmarks file.

I had to reset tablet. Downloaded Firefox Logged in My bookmarks are not appearing. Next steps to download my bookmarks.

I do have bookmarks on my phone.

I was trying out the sync option. I was using my laptop and android. Got it working fine with the regular Firefox. But decided I wanted to stay with Fitefox beta. So I turned off sync and uninstalled regular Firefox from my android. And then I go to my laptop, yep, all my bookmarks are gone. I guess when I took it of my phone it also deleted it from my laptop. I've gone to library, to deleted, reinstalled the regular Firefox on my phone and synced back with my laptop. Nadda. Any ideas?

I have two questions.

1. Can I import bookmarks into Firefox for Android using an html file?

2. Is the following article correct for Firefox for Android?

I have Fx 123 for Android. I expected to see "Manage Bookmarks" at the bottom of the bookmarks menu like what is found in one of the article's screenshots. However, "Manage Bookmarks" doesn't appear.

Good morning everyone. I find managing bookmarks on Firefox for Android extremely difficult. To open a bookmark I have to click on bookmarks, desktop bookmarks, bookmarks bar, favorites bar and choose the bookmark. A very long journey. Furthermore, once I have opened a bookmark and subsequently want to open another one I have to repeat the same very long procedure, Firefox does not resume from the folder where I opened the last bookmark, as happens in other browsers. I don't know if I explained myself. Can it be remedied somehow?

Recently my Firefox browser updated, but my bookmarks didn't.

If I try about:profiles from the address bar, nothing happens.

How do I go about accessing other profiles and enhanced settings on Android.

I don't understand why my bookmarks are and other settings weren't migrated, or why before the update a warning wasn't displayed that the data would be lost or why it wasn't exported as plain text so that nothing was lost??
