Archived 2020 query at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1360922#answer-1465978 asked for time-stamped history list. Instructions in the response say after CMD(on Mac)/Shift/H you will see names of columns above the list. This does not appear - possibly deleted since the answer.

I'm trying to argue with a bank that I made a payment in business hours, and a time stamp on my history record would bolster my argument.

Is the list of columns mentioned available somehow? Can a date/time stamp be added to every history record? (Date is known, but not shown as a date stamp.) Is this info in there, but hidden, and available somehow?

Does "remove account" under "Account Actions" remove just that account or all of them? In other words, I have 4 accounts (email addresses). Will I have 3 afterwards?

Firefox browser no longer on W7 laptop. Followed instructions-downloaded setup and installer. Neither will do anything - message says no program association to implement thses files. Help!

anytime I type www into the URL window firefox autopopulates youtube.com even though I have turned off auto suggestion. It shows up before the bookmarked links !

it always automatically checks the "Search suggestions ahead of address bar results" and will not let me uncheck it.

I just dont want it to suggest anything and am okay typing the complete URL. How can I fix this issue? I am including snapshot of what the autosuggestion, settings and version info in the attached doc

My LastPass extension appears as a black box with an elipse. It is red when it is active. I have logged in to LastPass, and when I go to the extensions icon and select "Open Extension" nothing happens. It's not filling in any of my login information.

When I'm on a website with an Email Link (Example: Support) and I click on the Email Link nothing is happening. Before the Supernova "upgrade" any Email Link would automatically open to my Thunderbird Email Account Email. Now, nothing.

I found a Mozilla Support Post for Windows 11: Apps>Default Apps>Thunderbird>MAILTO, but it is already set to Thunderbird.

Does anyone have a Fix?

My Thunderbird standard display has the message displayed below the list of incoming messages. This message pane take up "Several" lines of display and also duplicates the information in the above message window. Its a waste of space and the actual message has to be reduced in viewable size cause the header block uses it all up.

I keep on getting pop-up ads like the one shown. It started only fairly recently. I have done everything that the Internet suggests but still cannot get rid of them. The ads claim to be from google but somehow I feel they come from some malware. But I can't find the malware.

I would like to change the density for the messages list (thread row) and provide a custom value there. e.g. 40px;

In many places, people are showing a solution such as:

But it doesn't work properly. When there are a lot of messages and you start scrolling, then the scroll stops working properly, you can't select messages, the whole thing goes crazy. This is the case on Windows, perhaps on Linux there is not this problem (I do not know).

I tried to use `line-height` instead of `height`, unfortunately the problem still occurs.

How can I set Thunderbird 115.4.2 (64-bit) to have html composition after a normal click on "+New"?

My copy of Thunderbird 115.4.2 (64-bit) DOES NOT offer in settings-> Composition a "Compose in HTML" choice. (It does have an HTML Style setting.)

I can only compose in HTML by ditzing around with special "hold shift" when clicking on the +New button.

Please return the scroll bar to the proper width like in Win 10, like Chrome in Win 11. Who's the idiot that thinks tiny thin scroll bars are cool and easy to use? tf is wrong with you idiots. Don't offer me solutions. You are the solution. Update firefox, fix the damn scroll bar.

WHEN RECEIVING A NEW EMAIL, I GET A MESSAGE: "ONLY THE HEADERS FOR THIS MESSAGE WERE DOWNLOADED FROM THE MAIL SERVER", THEN I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE REST OF THE MESSAGE. HOW CAN I CORRECT THIS?

when i go to manage bookmarks i can go to views and sort them by last added, how do i make it, so that when i go to the bookmark drop down menu from the top of the screen so also list the bookmarks in order of last added?

Recently Youtube refuses to play any videos for me, saying adblockers are against their rules. I have uninstalled Adblock, and reset firefox totally. Youtube is still blocking me. It works fine on Chrome. Do I have to switch to Chrome permanently?

I've been trying to export my bookmarks to an external hard drive so that if something should happen to my computer I have a file of them. I'm using Windows 11.

When I export the bookmarks as an HTML file, it saves OLD bookmarks from a few years ago, not the current ones. I know this because when I go to my external hard drive and click on the file and open it up it shows the old bookmarks.

I have no idea why this is happening. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

This started two days ago and I've been searching the web for solutions, but all I get are outdated solutions that won't wonk on my current Thunderbird version 115.4.2. When I open the Thunderbird window, two smaller windows open asking for me to enter the passwords for the two att.net accounts. I assumed they meant my AT&T passwords but when I entered them they came back as "failed". I then tried the "master" password I put in several years ago (which I have never needed to re-enter) and that didn't work either. I am attaching a photo of what comes up when I open Thunderbird. You can see the two boxes that want me to enter the passwords but I have no idea what to enter. If it wasn't my master password or my AT&T passwords for each account, it must have been something I used when I installed Thunderbird ten years ago that somehow got deleted or lost.

I downloaded another email client to use temporarily until I get my Thunderbird fixed so I can not get my emails, but I hate this new client for a lot of reasons that are irrelevant here. I hate this new client and I need my Thunderbird back. Can anyone give me any idea on how to find the right password or to change the password so it will work again?
