Hi,

My old device has broken and I was wondering if there's any way to transfer the open tabs from it to my new device?

I've signed in to my account already and it ported over my history as well as bookmarks but I don't see a way to port over the open tabs? I'm not sure if they were synced and I can't go back to sync them now as the previous device is broken

I have been requested by e-mail to update my Firefox 78.15.Oesr (64 bits) before the end of March. Is this update compatible with my MacBookPro5,4 with IOS El Capitan 10.11.6? Please note that I cannot install a more recent IOS. Without updating my present Firefox, would I still have access to all my favorite folders and applications? Thanks for your help. Hello. I have been using Firefox as primary browser for long time. Today reinstall my firefox because youtube video not playing sound. But after fresh install and synced account but all my savings are gone. Passwords and bookmarks are missing. PLease help me to recover.

Recently (since iOS update to 17.3 perhaps?) the share menu from other apps does not show any of my other devices for me to send tabs to.

If I use the share menu to open in Firefox, then use the “send link to device” option there, the expected available devices do show up, and the send action does work (causes tabs to open on those other devices) when I choose them.

This is a recent regression. I want to be able to keep using Firefox on my desktop browser’s despite using a different browser on iOS, and a more cumbersome tab ingestion makes me less likely to continue doing that.

Through lunch overboard I can't employee problems Chrome to Firefox on the same Samsung A7 or my A8 tablet. I followed directions and cannot call me most people think ing we got to help.

I use 1 Firefox account on 3 devices (2 PCs and a smartphone). On the first PC, the number of synchronized passwords is 1126. On the second PC - 135 (similar on a smartphone).

I pressed the "Synchronize" button many times, everything works, new tabs appear, but there are no passwords. What to do? I'm afraid that if I log out of my account on the first PC, I will lose all access forever.

I am having an issue sending a tab to another device from the Actions menu on IOS. I used to be able to click the Firefox icon and it would give me the options to: Open, Load, Bookmark, add to reading and send to Device. When I select "Send to Device" it says "You don't have any other devices connected to this account available to sync.

It is worth noting that if i am in firefox i CAN send tabs and all the available devices show up. This issue is ONLY from the action button which I use quite a bit to send stuff to my desktop to read later.

My Firefox browser is old, but I can't install new one ex.120 or 115, because I'm not able to work with Terminal. What to do? I do download, but after "unpack" (sorry my English) there is the end of it. I do not know how to install.

Hello, I am trying to sync my browser data between two computers. On the computer I want the data from I click on "Sign in to Sync". This brings me through a couple menus asking me to sign in with google, and finally sends me to a space to set my password. I already have an account associated with my email and already have a password. I type in my same password again and a red bar with "Unverified Session" appears at the top. I am using the latest version of firefox on windows 11. I do not want to delete my account or make a new one. I have tried as many ways as I can think of to link my existing mozilla account to my browser but it simply will not let me. Another support ticket solved this by creating a new account but I find this solution unsatisfactory.

I am signed into Firefox on desktop and mobile using the same email. I've enabled sync and have synced. Yet my passwords from the mobile browser still don't show on desktop. And the instructions to scan a QR code don't work because they state to click the "sync and save data" option on Android, which doesn't exist for me. How do I sync?

Trying to sync my logins/passwords from my laptop to my desktop. It just doesnt work.

I have reset primary password, logged into both devices, selected sync on both devices. But it does not sync to desktop. Both machines come up in the Connected Services setion of my mozilla account.

When i try to manually enter logins & password on desktop list - it keeps asking me to enter my primary password (despite already being logged into firefox).

This is very frustrating so any help is greatly appreciated.

Dear support, Emergency my needs help. Around 10 year plus I am using Mozilla Firefox account and my all data backup, password, web bookmark etc save in my Mozilla account ([edited] @gmail.com ) . But suddenly this month I change my PC windows and after install Mozilla Firefox and login my Mozilla account I can't find my old data, bookmark, password in my Mozilla account, it's so dangerous for me if I loss this . I'm moving away from Brave for one reason:

- If you do not have brave sync on at least 2 devices and your device crashes, your bookmarks are lost.

Looking for a webbroswer with sync capability comparable to that of Google-Chrome, I remembered that Firefox exists.

And I have one question about it: How does its sync work? Let us say I am connected to my firefox sync account solely on my computer. And then my computer crashes and is unrepairable. Can I just log into my firefox account on another machine and get all my bookmarks back? (like in the case of Google-Chrome)????

Duplicate tab closer closed all tabs that weren't loaded into memory, so how may I restore tabs across all tab groups that were closed as now showing 0 ZERO tabs open in most tab groups!?

I had to change my operating system. before doing that I made sure I have sync my browser. Now after installation browser and login to my account the sync is not doing what I was hoping for. The sync is just uploading the new configuration to the cloud but it is not downloading all the history and add-ons from a version before OS change. I see it is stored but I don't see any option to load those to the current browser. Please, advise what can I do?
