Why is Firefox backing up my bookmarks in a json file, when Firefox itself doesn't recognise the file type when trying to restore said bookmarks? I WAS able to restore my bookmarks by converting the json file at https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/bookbackreader.html. But why can't Firefox just back up as an html file like it used to? I had to go off searching the internet for a solution, turning what should've been a 5 minute job into nearly an hour 😕

Hi, i formatted my pc and upgraded to windows 11 but before that i synced all my bookmarks of previous firefox to my account but after i downloaded firefox on windows 11 and signed in with my account the bookmarks doesn't import automatically but it is asking me to import from other browsers like chrome on which i have different bookmarks and i want my firefox bookmarks back why is it not seemless like google chrome.

How do I get my bookmarks working? I have hundreds of them over the years and now cannot access any of them. I don't know what sync or .squigle is. Please help.

Why can't I put bookmarks into folders? I've followed all the instructions but nothing works. Bookmarks cannot be created or moved to folders.

There is no option to accept only back arrow. Bookmarks never move.

Tried option to create new with same result.

Seems no way organize bookmarks in android.

I did post this before, and Paul replied (thanks) but he didn't suggest a solution. When I add bookmarks to the Firefox Focus home screen, those icons are cut off, so the label is very difficult to read. If this is a bug then I reported it earlier to Bugzilla, but if it is not a bug then how can I fix it, please? Thank you.
