I use Pinterest quite a bit and somehow a great deal of pins have disappeared.

This happened once before when I was using Chrome, and I was able to go digging into my cached files and find the cached versions of the thumbnails of my Pins, so I could somewhat recreate them based on that.

I'm not sure how to go about that with Firefox. Would any information (specifically images) be stored from a previous version of a webpage?

Firefox is using a massive amount of ram for an unspecified task, simply defined as "GPU" is the baked-in task manager. The attached image is after a fresh reboot, with Firefox consuming about 8 GB more than it reasonably should, with only three ish tabs loaded.

Two days ago, my firefox browser started not restoring the previous sessions. I changed nothing in the configuration and I don't remember I had a crash. The option "Restore Previous Session" does not appear in the "3-bar menu > history" and it appears grayed in the History Firefox main menu.

What I've already tried or verified following the instructions of mozilla forum: 1) Settings > general > “Open previous windows and tabs” is checked as it always have been; I unchecked and and rechecked but nothing changed; 2) Settings > Privacy & Security > “remember history” is selected. Also tried to Settings > Privacy & Security > "Use custom settings for history" with "Always use Private Browsing mode" not checked. No success 3) I also deleted sessionstore-backups folder under my profile. The new created folder, even after closing some new sessions, has only the "recovery.jsonlz4" and "recovery.baklz4" files. There is no "previous.jsonlz4" inside which seems weird. 4) through about:config I checked that browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash was true. In fact, I have Firefox in a second computer with no sessions restoring problem. I compared all browser.sessionstore.xxxx variables and the values are the same.

I still have the problem and do not know what to try next. Reset Firefox?

Hello, I recently got a new Android phone. On my previous Android phone I used Firefox without creating an account and saved hundreds of bookmarks. I would like to move those bookmarks to Firefox on my new phone. Please tell me how to do this. Thank you!

I just upgraded firefox to v 113 64 bit with windows 7 ultimate. Now when I watch youtube in fullscreen there's a border around the screen. i don't use picture in picture and it isn't on yet the border won't go away no matter what I do. Please fix this or i will use another browser. i will include a screenshot from youtube in fullscreen mode look at it.

Since `monospace` means something diffrent on every device, and I need consistency between clients I use `Roboto Mono` on my Website as ASCII-Art font. For some reason Firefox on Windows cannot render the font properly (view image). What can i do to fix this? The problem presists across my desktop and Laptop. When I click Try Again, I get logged out of the website I am on. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to extend the time so I am able to reasonably enter the data into the form and not have it time out. I was able to the enter this information in the past without a problem.

my older asus laptop had a critical failure and I needed to get a new computer and to my understanding when you have had a Firefox account for as long as I have you should be able to sync your whole account to a new device to my dismay that is not the case and I have years of bookmarks and history on my account urgent fix would be appreciated.

How do I permanently remove this new Bing search engine from Firefox Browser? I don't like Bing. I go into settings, and change my default search engine to Google. But, the moment I search for something it shows that its Bing in the top left corner of the page. I can't get rid of it. Please help! I really don't like Bing! It has never fully helped me find what I'm looking for, or been thorough when searching for what something means. Can you please help me remove Bing from Firefox Browser? I sent 2 images showing what I mean. The first shows me wanting to use google to search for a word. And, in the second is what happens after I do that. When FF (113.0.1) is maximized clicking on the first (left hand) pinned tab does not open the tab. Hovering over the tab doesn't change the background color of the tab.

If I restore down the window, hovering over the tab changes the background color of the tab from light grey to a slightly darker grey and clicking the tab opens it.

hello i have around 30+ themes and i want to delete all of themes (because i want to keep the favorite ones ) but if i delete them one by one takes time , is there any option to delete them all at once i haven't found anything on internet

I have adblocker plus and is not blocking my facebook ads. (I am using it on my iMac). So I removed it, then reinstalled it and it still does not block the facebook ads.

I tried refreshing firefox 3 times but it got stuck in the "almost done" part and I had to quit firefox each time since it would not complete the process.

What else can I do?

My bookmarks are in the list, but URLs which are not bookmarked are also in the list. (I say some of the entries are not bookmarks because there is no blue star if I double click on them.)

We have set up exceptions for mail.google.com and accounts.google.com in Settings. Yet, Gmail is still asking for passwords to log in and saving them. I thought I had done all it would take to have Gmail remember them. Am I missing something?

Also, we cleared cache.

in the manifest.json of the extension, it does open the settings.html page as intended. Problem is that no JS script on settings.html works, be it if it's inline HTML or as a separate file (I tried separate file, as I thought it might be a security thing).

I mean even simple JS such as console.log or

Other actually installed extensions - their JS on settings pages runs.

I also tried running settings.html as a popup, and I succesfully done so, it's just that once again JS didn't work...

I'm at my wits end, I have googled, I have chatted with the ChatGPT, took me hours thinking it was something wrong with my code... I'm actually making something useful, never done before (it reads out youtube subtitles via TTS, providing ability to still hear original sound, its emotions, no need to look at the screen and it's also a passive language learning type of thing), and it works, it's just that setting page's JS, which I think I need to allow users change speed of TTS and volume of the TTS

Hello, Today, when I first open Mozilla I noticed that I have problems with fullscreen mode. When I use fullscreen (f.g. on YouTube, but it's with all clips in other pages too) I can see white borders (on the left, right and at the bottom). I checked on other browser (Chroma) and I don't have this problem there. Can this problem be connected with new update? Or something just broke and I should re-install?

Last Tuesday, Win 11 AND Firefox both updated on the same day, Firefox to 113.0.1. Ever since, my Firefox has experienced SIGNIFICANT lag time loading even the most basic of websites. It feels like Netscape 1.0 slow (yes, I'm that old). I've disabled 2/3ds of my addons to see if that would help and it hasn't. I don't know if it's an issue with the Win 11 update (KB5026372), with Firefox or some combination of both, but any help in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.
