After the most recent MAC OSX update ( ) all of my fonts in Firefox have changed to a weird arabic font or something. I've un-checked the "allow website to select font" option and gone so far as to completely uninstall and reinstall FF (removed cache, application data, etc).

If I can't figure out what the heck is going on, I'm about to ditch this and switch to Chrome. Please help. ScreenCap ScreenCap

How do I change the folders and toolbars to black text on white. I have change the mozzilla toolbars to black text on white ,and the messages in thunderbird to black text on white, but the folder windows and toolbars are still white text on black. Why is this so hard to find and fix?

I signed into Firefox on a lab computer that has too little storage space to install plugins (<1MB storage space left.)

Naturally, plugins did not install. I wanted to ensure that Firefox would not even attempt to install them in the future, so I set the browser not to sync add-ons.

I don't know whether what follows is because of that setting, or because I set it too late. In either case, my dozen or so plugins on my main computer have now all been uninstalled. I don't know the names of all the plugins I was using anymore.

1. Can I recover my automatically uninstalled plugins? 2. Can this bug be patched?

Hello. The Owl Zoom add on for Firefox OSX has stopped working. No changes made to any options or add ons. Date noticed about mid- December 2023. Reverting Firefox to its state from before the issue occurred did not resolve the issue. This process does not work: "Click on 'Settings' and the pop up menu has an item for 'Zoom'. Click on 'Normal 100%' and a pop up list for several zoom values should appear but it does not appear. In addition there is no Owl Zoom icon in the video task bar. This has happened on two iMacs and one Macbook Pro at the same time so not device specific.

Well, basically that. On normal browse ( no incognito ) tabs will re open if I re-launch firefox, even with the "Open previous windows and tabs" option off.

Am I missing something or is it normal ?

Can you please let me know why the coloring of my text which was so simple in the earlier versions is no longer possible.

In such situations can you allow me to use an older version till you fix these bugs?

This is very frustrating and will be grateful if you can help.

I have been a donor and really want to see Thunderbird succeed.

I get 100-150 e-mails a day, wade through them, respond to few, eliminate some, but still in a month there's a pile-up of hundreds. How can I set Thunderbird to delete all more than two weeks old? And not to put some at the top of the string and some at the bottom of the string? A method of harvesting and burning off.

About 2 days ago, all the message header buttons (Reply, Forward, Delete, etc) disappeared on just one of my Thunderbird accounts' Inbox. That account connects to a Microsoft Exchange Server email system via Exquilla. All of my other email accounts are "standard" (not using Exquilla add-on) and all of my other account Inboxes show the message header buttons when I click on a message header to see the full message in the lower message pane. Until about 2 days ago, all message header buttons appeared previously in all of my accounts (Exquilla-related or not). Since Exquilla was last updated more than 2 months ago, I tend to think that use of the Exquilla add-on is not the cause of this problem, but I include this info here to be as completely descriptive as possible. I am running Thunderbird 115.5.2 (64-bit), which Thunderbird "Help" informs me is "up to date".

Hi Mozilla Suport teams, i am currently using the mozilla for the developer version and the app runs flawlessly, and i love it. But i have some suggestion for the developer at mozilla to make a tab that can group the tab into a fresh tab like the google chrome has, and since i open so many tab in this browser, i would absolutely love it where the feature of grouping tab is available for me, so i can group them in name and leave it there, rahter than open up more than 10+ tabs in a window. Ever since I loaded 120.0.1 (64 bit) I have had problems accessing numerous sites. For example, https//HOn30.org. FIrst I get several "Having trouble ..." messages, and when it does come up it's a blank screen. I have had this happen wtih Library of Congree, eBay, and most sites from linking within another web site. I have tried playing with the "HTTPS mode" and the "DNS over HTTPS" to no avail. What changed with this version and how do I fix it. Win10 Sp1 64bit Dual Xeon E5 CPUs 128gb RAM nVidia Quadro K5200 w/8gb VRAM C: = 1tb CT1024 SSD (Crucial) D: = 2tb 7200 rpm WD E: = 5tb SSD (Samsung) F: = 1.5tb Seagate (can you tell I used to be tech support?) Since version 115.3.1 (64-bit) to present version 115.5.0 for Linux Mint (using Vertical View and Favorite Folders' 'only), the Compact Folder View is no longer compact at all. Each folder also includes my email address on each line making it take up 3x the space now. I can turn off the Compact View to actually get a more compact view, but this standard view shows a box with my email address above the folders, plus the folder tree. It was so clean looking before.

Is there no way to put the Menu Bar up top anymore? The very top bar is the customizable bar instead. It should be the other way around.

Most annoying is with the calendar when I put in an appointment or reservation for a future date, if I move timezones (I travel a lot), it changes the time with each timezone I pass through. For instance, if I make an appt for 11 am, it should be local time regardless of location. When I change timezones as I get closer to my appt location, it changes my appt to 12 noon, etc., potentially causing me to be late.

I was wondering if there is a way that when I have the mail screen open and I open another screen like Settings, or Account Settings, if they can be shown separately on the task bar, and not combing so only the tab I have open is showing. That way I can flip between each one a lot easier than clicking on the one showing and then having to select the next tab in the actual program itself. Thanks Marc

In Firefox you can enable the option "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" (vs. cycling in normal order 1-2-3-4-1...).

Is there a way - maybe about:config or an extension - to enable this for Thunderbird, too? I could not find a solution searching the extensions or the web.

I have always like 5, 6 tabs open containing mails or opened PDF attachments and would like to "jump" between two tabs easily.

PS Or maybe a feature request for this to follow?
