I added a browser extension Search by Image by Armin Sebastian some time ago and it worked just fine till recently. Now, every time I need to find some image I get the page with cute creature sitting and fishing in bucket of water with info stated: "Your search did not match any documents. Suggestions: Try different keywords." (screenshot attached). It happens every time, no matter what kind of image I'm looking for. I also added another extension Search by Image on Google by Gustavo Silva and it's the same issue.

Would really appreciate any help with it.

When the little yellow man is placed on to the map, and a direction arrow is clicked, the view just continues to spin round. Clicking on the 'X' in the top right hand corner terminates street view. This does not happen with other browsers.

My OS is Debian 12, Firefox is the latest version 115.9.1esr (64bit).

Good morning, I have a problem with disappearing bookmarks, but I can organise the backup of the places.sqlite, but I assume that won´t be enough to recover, therefore my question is, which files would be needed or is the one mentioned sufficient?

I'm using the OneTab add-on, Enabled. The icon no longer shows on the Toolbar, though it is on the Menu bar next to Firefox View.

I ran Remove and then Added it again, hoping the Toolbar Icon would reappear = no go, And I lost all URLs already saved, stupid me. To be clear, clicking the Icon on the Toolbar saves all open tabs.

Is there a fix via Preferences? Thanks. gw

If i open a link to redirect to an app, let’s say wikipedia, it will redirect fine. When i switch back to Firefox, the mobile version of the link i clicked on will be loaded instead of just displaying search engine search results where i clicked the wikipedia link. 

Another thing that happens is if i click on the link, still being wikipedia, get redirected to the app, then close out firefox, the next time i open firefox, it will redirect me back to the wikipedia app.

This issue I have been having is not just related to Wikipedia, this is for any other link that may open a related app I have installed on my phone.

If I Forward and email with a list of cc: addresses, will the Forwarded emails be sent to the cc: addresses also or do I need to enter a new list of cc: addresses?

My Firefox browser is up to date but I cannot log on to my Bank website. As soon I enter my Logon info I get logged out, however I can access the site using MS EDGE. This is a recurring problem. The website recognizes Firefox as an valid browser. Occasionally I have been able fix problem by clearing the browser Cookies/History but at present none of that works. Do you have any suggestions? My preferred browser is Firefox so this problem is frustrating.

I updated to 115.10.1 a few days ago and would like to roll back to what I had before.

Is there a way to do that?

And is there a file that has the version number in it? I would like to look in a system backup to find out the version number that I had last week.

I don't like getting recommendations in Pocket that you need a subscription to read. Why waste my time giving me the initial information on something, but then when I try to read it, I can't because I already have too many subscriptions. Seems like there used to be an option besides "Dismiss" to not show content from particular sites?

in the contact field, how do i change the name of a contact field like custom properties or organizational properties to something else? i do not know how to add an image! So, go to address book, new contact, and you will see the fields custom properties and organizational properties towards the bottom.....Thank you...b³

Firefox Setup 125.0.2.exe popped a flag on Jotti's malware scan: ClamAV: Win.Trojan.Spora-7724442-0 I know this is going to turn out a false positive because VirusTotal came up with no flags but can someone at Mozilla get this flag cleared at Jotti's/ClamAV ? thanks

I have logged out of one Gmail account and want Firefox to use another, but Firefox ignores the one I want to use. How do I get Firefox to recognize a certain Gmail account so I can receive mail?

I'm on a Mac running Monterey 12.7.4. I've been using Firefox for years with no issues. All of a sudden Firefox can't load any websites. Message: "We can’t connect to the server at www.XXX.ca." But Safari loads all websites with no problems. I can't figure this out.

When a video plays, it will be laggy for a few seconds, the came back normal. Sometimes it doesn't recover from it. This happened almost everytime for the Firefox 124.2 version, seems like it has a frame rate cap.

As I installed the Firefox 122.0 version, it only appears a few times a moment, but still face a small chance to occur.

Hi there, Looking at pcapdroid and adguard DNS, Firefox on my android phone is constantly connecting to xxxxx.ingest.sentry.io.

Why does it do this? I get sentry is a crash reporting tool(?) however I have everything diagnostic wise turned off. I don't really mind but not having an option to disable this is a bit strange. Also why does it need to connect so often, even without a crash or error? I have over 50 attempts/connections logged in last 3 hours alone.

In previous versions of FFx, toggling to Reader view used the same font I'd chosen in Settings / wherever. Now it's something else, in boldface with no distinctions made in original view (italics, not italics, etc). & there doesn't seem to be any way I can control fonts in Reader.

Any suggestions? In plain English, please, I am NOT a programmer or computer professional, just a regular human trying to use this new version that seems to have broken everything I liked about FFx.

I've recently started migrating to Thunderbird after relying on Gmail's web client for a long time, and an issue I'm running into is that it's missing a bunch of contacts after syncing, including all contacts with my own name. This is a practical issue as I send email to myself a lot, both between my accounts and to the same account as a form of task management.

I have a primary contact entry representing my @gmail.com address itself, which also has a couple other personal non-gmail addresses merged into it, as well as about half a dozen contacts created for my addresses at former employers, university accounts, etc. Not a single one of them has synced, and they don't seem to have anything in common other than bearing my name. Contacts for other people sharing my forename also don't seem to have synced, and neither has as a contact representing another former work email that wasn't named, but included my name in the address itself.

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why these would all be skipped. They don't seem to have any other special characteristic. I haven't, thus far, found other contacts not synced, but with over 200 entries on the list, I might well have missed them.

Starting Friday April 19, I have been experiencing constant very brief internet outages/reconnections while using Facebook on the desktop. The outages do not occur anywhere else on the internet...and do not occur on other browsers. I prefer to use Firefox. I am using Windows 11.
