Hi there, I recently downgraded Firefox on my Android (5.1.1), as the new versions of the app became to get heavy.

I have logged in with my Account and am now trying to get the bookmarks synced. I have no Desktop right now to pair. The bookmarks and the Account are only available on my iPad, where FF is logged in and has the bookmarks synced.

Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks for any help and regards, Dan

I am trying to move all the synced tabs brought in from android chrome and Firefox pc into the current active tabs I have on Firefox android.

I've only been able to get 1 at a time to move over, but I have well over a hundred open in putting the two other browsers together..

Everything I've been able to look up about it only deals either the syncing part.

And, is there a way to have am active sync? As in, I open a tab in Firefox on laptop, it opens that tab on my Firefox mobile? And vice versa.

Hello, I need to know how to export my passwords from my mobile device without syncing to a desktop computer and doing it from there. How do I do that from my mobile device? Thank you.

I have a plenty of tabs accumulated in my FF on Android, v119.1.1 (Build #2015984795), 2a75e15258+ GV: 119.0.2-20231108221453 AS: 119.0.

Within Tabs menu there is Share all tabs option. When clicked, the Save as PDF, Print, and typical android sharing options are presented.

Click on Save as PDF does nothing. Sharing to other apps works partially (text list is shared, but some parts of it are not kinks but a concatenated text of tabs titles combined together, not clickable, not https:// part).

The phone has lots of tabs, many of which are deactivated.

I want to backup them and review on bigger screen, but can't do that :)

Sharing to other devices connected via Mozilla account shares only subset of tabs, not sure about the logic, the most recent ones for sure + some deactivated but not all of them.

Hi so few days ago I broke my phone it's now completely unusable so now in this new phone I signed into Firefox and sure I got all my synced bookmarks and all but where are my saved tab collections?? That feature is so good which is why I saved like 30 tabs in there but none of them show up after sync please help!

I can't get saved logins on my web browser to appear in the iOS Firefox app.

I have sync enabled at both ends, and have tried signing out and signing back in, removing and then re-adding the iOS device, and disabling and re-enabling sync, but nothing has worked.

I see this same problem has been logged many times here before but all those threads appear to have been archived without a solution being offered.

Hello, there are some topics about this issue already, but one of them has no answer, and the solution mentioned in the other one doesn't work.

In short: the account/password management doesn't work between desktop and android. The accounts saved on my desktop don't show up in the android and vice versa. It's like these are two separate password managers.

Sync is enabled in both devices. I have uninstalled firefox on my desktop and on my android as often suggested. I reinstalled first on android, synced, and found only a partial password database. I reinstalled on desktop, synced, and my password database is ok.

Chrome's password manager works flawlessly across my desktop and android device (Samsung S20).

Okay i have lost all my bookmarks on my pc but i still have them on my mobile, doe anyone know how to export or save them all so i can reload them on the pc, thanks in advance

Long-time Firefox user. Sync works fine everywhere else. First time attempting sync with Firefox on iOS.

Desktop: Windows: 11, Firefox: 119.0 (64-bit) 2FA enabled with Authenticator code

iPhone 15: iOS 17.1, Firefox: latest version

I log in successfully to Gmail with username and password. Using the same username and password to connect with Firefox Sync, I get "Incorrect password".

My windows computer lost my firefox saved logins. I am trying to restore (synch) them from my phone. The pc says go to menu on my phone andctap synch and save data. But that menu item does not appear on my phone.

I will be trading in my phone and I wanted to continue to access the sync history. How do I get a copy of my history to transfer to my new phone? I will no longer have access to the info once my trade-in is disconnected from my account. Thanks

I saved a new login on Firefox Android, but this did not sync to the desktop version. I tried syncing manually on both devices (which kind of defeats the point) and still no avail. The option to sync logins is activated on both devices, so I don't know what the problem is. I have tested this twice (two passwords saved on Android) and on both occasions they didn't sync to the desktop.

I also tested the process the other way around by saving a new login on the desktop and that synced to Android just fine!

Please help.

Hi , I have Firefox on old android device ( android 4.0.1 ) and I have a lot of bookmarks on it . I need to backup or save my bookmarks to use it on my new android phone . The problem ( I can't sync or use my fireFox account on the old phone because Firefox not support android 4.0 anymore _ so old devices can't sync anymore) When I try to sync it give an error with empty page.

The 13 tabs on my laptop (Firefox 113) are synced to my iPhone (iOS 16), but I can't find them. Tapping the search bar on the home page does NOT show a star, just brings up the keyboard. Help appreciated.

There isn’t a single way of exporting passwords from any IPhone or IPad on IOS right? The description how to do it, only works on MacBooks and Windows i guess. So how could i possibly export my passwords from the Firefox password manager, if there isn’t an option. Please help, as I don’t have an windows device nor an MacBook.

Okay, so basically I installed and logged in and synced hoping that all my passwords would come over what happened was the URL I can see all the URL of the websites where the login data should be. However, the actual email address or username and the password part is just blank it just has nothing there Anyone have affect for this

I got a new phone and when I signed into Mozilla on the new phone all of my shortcuts, all of my tabs, and all of my collections have disappeared. All of these are very important to me. Especially as I'm disabled and have trouble using my hands. And yes, I am logged in.
