MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT EMAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN ON A NEW COMPUTER FIREFOX SENDS A CODE TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I CAN NOT ACCESS. HOW DO I GET THE CODE SENT TO MY SECONDARY EMAIL?

How do you save the changes you made on inspect element on firefox?

All im getting is youtube videos of how to do it for chrome and you require an extension!

Ok so I have posted this question a few times with help, but with no resolution. When I open FF I like it to open maximized. But every time it does open it opens in half or small window, if I hold the pointer over the maximize window it will give me the option to open it maximized. but then the same thing happens the next time I open it. It never remembers my preference. I have changed the code in settings to default and had some success with that, by what I mean it will open maximized once but then go right back to half or minimized the next time I open it. I have included a pic of the way it opens when launched. No matter what I do (stretching it, resize it, delete reinstall FF) nothing seems to work. Any thoughts

This is for https://outlook.live.com where I cannot access my full list of folders. I am using Firefox on Linux (in Fedora 34) and my scrolling feature hasn't been working for a few days now. When I search for an email in one of the inaccessible folders, the folder does appear.

As an idea... I added https://outlook.live.com to the pop-up exemptions, no luck.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I must have deleted??? my sent messages or moved them to somewhere. But they are ALL gone. where did they go? And most importantly, how do I get them back?

My DSL is Comcast Xfinity & I use Firefox is my browser. I also use MSN.

I use to click on PDF files and they would open and not download to my download folder. Well now every time i click on a PDF file it downloads it. I have tried every option in settings/general/apps and they still download in a folder. So I thought I would try MS edge and it does the same thing. Is it not the browser and was it in a MS update? It has never done this before. I don't want all these PDF files downloaded!

I am using Firefox to interact with Babbel language software. I cannot get Firefox to allow me to use my standalone microphone. I tried all the Firefox recommended fixes, but I cannot make them work. I go to the "Microphone" permission setting. There is nothing listed there and it will "not" allow me to add the Babbel website? What do I need to do to allow my microphone to work with Babbel?

I can't get the "Other" bookmarks folder to go away.

I tried right-clicking on the folder & the context menu didn't show up. I tried about:config & changed the value to false. That didn't work.

I closed the browser after changing the boolean value to false & then restarted the browser. That didn't help.

I don't want to mess things up. I can't change the name of the folder. I was hoping that renaming the folder & then deleting it would solve the problem.

How do I hide the "Other" folder & the "Bookmarks Menu" folder?

I have a Mac if that helps any.

Hi there, I have been trying to get into a Government site that I have to use and I continually, only from today, get a message saying the Certificate is outdated. What can I do to override this issue? Cheers!

Example: If I start typing in the address bar and type the letter a... amazon.com comes up since I frequent there a lot. But, if I start typing the name of my bank nothing comes up in the address bar. I always have to type it out.

Since FF, (in their infinite wisdom) once again screwed my computer up. I have lost all my bookmarks, all my apps (some of which I paid for), desktop gone, replaced with something I hate. This happened after the 100.0.2 update. I have tried to fix every thing for the pas few days with no success. I wonder if FF is going to pay me back for the paid apps I bought. This is a working computer and I need my files back. Also, I cannot find my restore button. I don't guess we need that anymore because big brother knows all oops, FF). PLEASE help.

I am using mozilla firefox on windows 10.

I sometimes fat finger ctrl+shift+w or ctrl+shift+q which closes the browser instead of just closing the tab which I indented.

Is there a way to disable these 2 key binds?

I installed an extension from a website(not from addons.mozilla.org) and found it a bit suspicious so after around using it for 1 minute immediately removed it... So will an extension be able to access root/admin permissions if it had some malicious script executed(I am using debian) or can extension access system files,modify,delete or install/download anything without the users' permission?

Google searches are occasionally freezing up Firefox and not processing. I'll type in my search, push enter and suddenly my entire desktop will hang, mouse will move slowly and jerk around before regaining full control. Once control is regained, Firefox will no longer respond and must be force closed and relaunched.

It's getting exhausting to the point I've used Edge for searches just to not be bothered.

Let me know what information I can provide to make diagnosis easier. I understand intermittent issues are rough to troubleshoot.

I feel like this would be a better approach to adblockinv on Firefox Focus. I love this browser but it's built-in adblocker will often block important elements by mistake, or leave out certain things. Ublock Origin is a very powerful and memory effecient adblocker already part of the main Android app. It's more intuitive to use, has lists which are constantly updated and it can block elements with an element picker. I'm suggesting for it to be used instead as I think it'd be a much better approach to adblocking on Firefox Focus. What do you think?

Hello i wanted to move my emails storage from c/user/user/appdata.... to d/thunderbird/profile.... results a lost all... i have 2 or 3 email accounts i cant attach the new D/ .../rpfile/8dsw...to others 2 email account only to 1 so i decide to get back ( C/ user/.../profile/8dsw... still in pc ) and get no more emails on 3 account and i if i add the profile file (8dsw...) to 1 email account show me all file associated to the account but nothing in inbox... ahhh misery misery ... For the last few days audio in firefox does not work at all, i searched your site for known solutions, uninstalled and reinstalled the firefox but it is still the same, i get normal audio from every other app/game just not from firefox itself. The day it happened there were no updates i did (both on my pc or the firefox ) i was just reading and playing some music on youtube, the music stops i go to check if it is the youtube are you still there message but there is nothing i can see the video playing but no sound, i then reinstalled my audio drivers thinking it was the windows problem that i had few times now but still no results. I checked everything that i could from my side and followed help from your support pages, and i am now out of options so i would appreciate a fast reply.

My location information is registered at the bottom of the Google search. So I suggest.

I hope Firefox can block all location information. I don't want my location to be searched.

When opening History the column headers are there but no dates are shown in the Added and Last Modified columns. These columns are selected in Views and the listed web pages appear to be correctly sorted into Added date order. My browser is up to date an is 100.0.2 64 bit. Thanks
