alcatel one touch fire wont start.(power on)
my phone is a few months old,and well taken care of, two weeks ago it suddenly shut off,like the battery drained out of juice, i plugged it to the charger,but no reaction, so i took out the battery,Sim and SD card and then put all together again and then it started charging again, and after the battery got full, i managed to turn on the device. but yesterday the same thing happened, the phone turned off,so again,i took out battery Sim and SD card and re put it together ,and it does show like the phone is charging,(i got the blue light on), i left it charging all night but in the morning i couldn't start the phone, on the screen there is the icon of the battery charging but it doesn't advance,it's just red, and what's weird is that even with the phone plugged to an electric source it doesn't start, well sometimes it start a bit, and start showing all the welcome screens but before it reaches the main Firefox phone screen it shutdown.

Hi, Its not issue with Firefox OS.
Check your battery. Its best to check with Alcatel service center
so why wont the phone start when plugged to the electricity, even without the battery in?

unfortunately i cant get assistance from a shop since i bought this phone from a private person on the internet in another country, anyhow it was brand new. i still think it might be the os ,maybe not recognizing the battery since last time i turned on the phone, after a few welcome screens, i got a message saying firefoxos crashed. maybe i can reboot it somehow, i tried holding the power and volume button pushed together..

I have an Alcatel, too. What I noticed was that if the battery is totally empty, the phone cannot be turned on immediately once it has been connected to power. Instead I had to wait several minutes until the phone could be turned on again. So to me it seems that it needs a minimum battery load to be operational - even when connected to the charger. FYI: There are several bug-reports (e.g. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=852361 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=844974), where somewhat similar symptoms are discussed, but not specifically for the Alcatel phone.
so what can i do since it wont charge even a bit, i left the battery charging all night, and i had the blue light and the icon of the battery charging on the screen but it didn't charge, maybe another battery?.. but anyway it should turn on even without a battery, only with the phone connected to the electricity, and it doesn't. sometimes with the battery inside the phone it does turn on but doesn't make it to the main phone screen. and when this first happened i remember the battery was quit full, and like it discharged in one moment.
The way you describe the problem, I would agree with what feer56 suggested above, namely you should try to get help from the manufacturer/seller.
